@@124jwjdbdit still requires a lot of care to keep it looking good because its so fragile after its been relaxed so if you value length i would not do it because unless youre obsessive about hair care it will break off and theres also the grow out period or having to cut all your hair off if you decide to go back

Thanks, I just diffused mine for the first time ever aged 40 with a metal kitchen sieve and my waves were stiff, mow theyre scrunched out. Came across this short entirely serendipitously. Last summer I got caught in the rain and my hair curled up into tight tendrils. I always dry it upsidedown for 5 mins which makes it straight. Have never been able to replicate those rain curls, maybe someday 🤞xox

I get the l’ange mousse and my hair never gets crunchy! It’s pretty expensive, but I find it’s worth it. I’ve had to use other brands when I ran out once, and I was surprised how crunchy they made my hair! guess my mom really did spoil me a bit by getting the good stuff from the get-go 😅

Definitely wait till your hair is dry before you “scrunch out the crunch”. You can use a small amount of hair oil to scrunch or just use your dry hands! I’ve found it’s best if you wait till your hair is 100% dry, flip your hair upside down, then start scrunching all over. When you flip your hair back upright, you’ll be amazed at how gorgeous your curls look!

Crunchy curls look really good on me but the thing is they get really frizzy in the heat. Learning that i just scrunch the crunch was a lifesaver!
I use an anti-frizz serum on my hair after mousse to soften my curls! It really helps
