My Mother was a fan. Whatever money he asked for, she obliged. She was a farmers wife (cash poor). Somehow she scrapped it up. We, her children, tried to tell her but he had her hooked. He came to Charlotte, NC with the promise of an in person meet for $50. The scam included a VIP card which given to a staffer for special seating. I drove the 4 hrs , covered expenses, (hotel, meals, gas), only to be told by his staff that they were not aware of special seating or anything promised for $50. Best money I ever spent. Man’s a pimp. Mom was sold on his image(white suit & etc). She was heart broken. The Faith we put in a person is Only reserved for God…People. Study the Bible for yourself. Thanks Mike.
I actually started crying at the end of this video. It is so rare to see a smaller Christian creator expose someone like Benny Hinn with such tact and grace but also be so unwilling to back down and sacrifice even your livelihood to do the right thing. Your faith and courage is such an inspiration to me.
Thank you for your work, Mike. My parents were very into the prosperity gospel for a long time, including Benny Hinn (I have a chronic illness so they believed for a miracle for me particularly). They visited me a few days ago and I watched the video with them. It was a difficult watch for my mom specifically, she had a lot of trouble accepting what was being discussed, because she had believed for so long. But it allowed us to have an open discussion about what the Gospel really teaches, and I could let them know very honestly that even if God doesn't heal me this side of heaven, that I am still saved and blessed and not cursed. Your video focuses on Benny Hinn, but it goes beyond just him - it's about people being rescued from having faith in the wrong thing (healing and wealth). It was a discussion that I had been wanting to have with my parents for a long time, and your video was the opening that I needed to be able to do that. Thank you very much for the work that you do. I am so thankful for the way that Mike Winger rightly shows us through the word of God what is true and right and good to expose these lies. The body of Christ is in big trouble! When reading some of Hinn's earliest material, I suspect that he started off actually following Christ, but soon got derailed by fleshly desires. Idolatry is what I believe he follows now. Idolatry and pride are two exceedingly dangerous sins, and we can see from this that Hinn has become an unprofitable servant, and is headed for outer darkness at the very least. Honestly I believe his punishment will be even more severe, and outer darkness is nothing to scoff at.

In 1993, my 8 year old daughter and I came home from church, and I turned on TBN. Benny Hinn was on. I was a new believer and watched Benny's antics with disbelief. My daughter turned to me after a few minutes and said, "Mama, that man is not of God." I agreed, and that was the end of Benny Hinn in our household. I support you 100%, Pastor. Benny Hinn is 71 years old, and has very little time left on this Earth. Even still, after the insane amount of wealth he’s fleeced, he jealousy and fiercely fights to protect it, and keep the pipeline open. This is what turning money into your god looks like. This what taking God’s name in vain looks like.
"Very little time" might be longer or shorter than we think. I can't find any information on how long his parents have lived, but if they made it to 100 or even 90, it could be a sign that decades more of Benny Hinn are in our future (unfortunately).

I watched one of Benny Hinns videos last night and couldn't believe what I heard He actually "taught" that even after being raptured you could be "cast out" which is bizaare He based this on the parable of the talents and the unfaithful, lazy servant who doesnt use the talent he had. He described how terrifying it is to learn that even after being resurrected and changed you could still be cast out. Then it progressed into him saying be faithful by giving, and mentioned that those who do t give dont really love the lord,but he was referring (not directly) to the tab on his CZcams channel Unbelievably manipulative not just in untruth but in fear mongering as well

Benny Hinn was in Belfast two nights. My Christian friend invited me to go to the first night of the meeting. He was very excited about the possibility of seeing God heal and deliver people. I was a little sceptical though. We had seats quite close and above the stage. It seemed that there were a lot of people being brought up on the stage by his staff and getting healed/delivered/slain by the spirit. It seemed incredible. My friend went the following night at the back of the Hall and seen very differently what was going on. He shared that he seen many of the same people being brought up to the stage from the evening before and Benny Hinn's staff preventing people in wheelchairs who had genuine need from approaching the stage. My friend was very upset having first thought God was at work through this charlatan.
This type of deceit and trickery is so evil- and can lead to people giving up on Christianity altogether. That kind of damage can be devastating, and is so tragic to me. I really hope that you and your friend were able to understand that these people are not examples of True Christianity. Don't let these wolves steal your Faith in Christ, our Savior!!!

I used to give to his ministry. In 2020, I called to request a discontinuation of automatic drafts as I was unable to stop the draft progress from his website. I was told, “Mr.Hinn would like to know why you want to discontinue your gift.” A chill went up my spine because I knew that was a lie. The staff member was presenting to me that Benny Hinn himself was asking me this question. I felt so disappointed.

Through the prayers of a group of mature Christians, I was miraculously healed of the incurable disease of epilepsy. Now, 40 years later, the healing has stood the test of time because God is faithful. I needed no pseudo faith healer to shove me to the ground. Thank you for your work, Mike. My parents were very into the prosperity gospel for a long time, including Benny Hinn (I have a chronic illness so they believed for a miracle for me particularly). They visited me a few days ago and I watched the video with them. It was a difficult watch for my mom specifically, she had a lot of trouble accepting what was being discussed, because she had believed for so long. But it allowed us to have an open discussion about what the Gospel really teaches, and I could let them know very honestly that even if God doesn't heal me this side of heaven, that I am still saved and blessed and not cursed. Your video focuses on Benny Hinn, but it goes beyond just him - it's about people being rescued from having faith in the wrong thing (healing and wealth). It was a discussion that I had been wanting to have with my parents for a long time, and your video was the opening that I needed to be able to do that. Thank you very much for the work that you do. When reading some of Hinn's earliest material, I suspect that he started off actually following Christ, but soon got derailed by fleshly desires. Idolatry is what I believe he follows now. Idolatry and pride are two exceedingly dangerous sins, and we can see from this that Hinn has become an unprofitable servant, and is headed for outer darkness at the very least. Even still, after the insane amount of wealth he’s fleeced, he jealousy and fiercely fights to protect it, and keep the pipeline open. This is what turning money into your god looks like. "Very little time" might be longer or shorter than we think. I can't find any information on how long his parents have lived, but if they made it to 100 or even 90, it could be a sign that decades more of Benny Hinn are in our future (unfortunately).

He actually "taught" that even after being raptured you could be "cast out" which is bizaare
He based this on the parable of the talents and the unfaithful, lazy servant who doesnt use the talent he had.
He described how terrifying it is to learn that even after being resurrected and changed you could still be cast out.
Then it progressed into him saying be faithful by giving, and mentioned that those who do t give dont really love the lord,but he was referring (not directly) to the tab on his CZcams channel

My paternal grandfather was the top turret gunner and flight engineer on a B-17 "Flying Fortress" during World War II. Benny Hinn was in Belfast two nights. My Christian friend invited me to go to the first night of the meeting. He was very excited about the possibility of seeing God heal and deliver people. I was a little sceptical though. We had seats quite close and above the stage. It seemed that there were a lot of people being brought up on the stage by his staff and getting healed/delivered/slain by the spirit. It seemed incredible.
My friend went the following night at the back of the Hall and seen very differently what was going on. He shared that he seen many of the same people being brought up to the stage from the evening before and Benny Hinn's staff preventing people in wheelchairs who had genuine need from approaching the stage.
My friend was very upset having first thought God was at work through this charlatan.
This type of deceit and trickery is so evil- and can lead to people giving up on Christianity altogether. That kind of damage can be devastating, and is so tragic to me. I really hope that you and your friend were able to understand that these people are not examples of True Christianity. Don't let these wolves steal your Faith in Christ, our Savior!!!

God bless you Mike, as someone who fell under the influence of this man and other "faith preachers" . I know how hard it is to declutter your mind from their evil doctrines. It took us so many wasted years to realize we were walking in deception and so many more years to find truth. We were active with similar ministries, ministered around our country and overseas. And now my heart breaks that I could have led people into this same error. We were deceived, but these men are very aware of what they do. Thank you for exposing this. There are many people, like us, who genuinely hunger for the truth and God's way, that are trapped by a very powerful doctrine of demons that tickles ears and appeases the flesh. Thank you. I will be praying for you through this.
I used to give to his ministry. In 2020, I called to request a discontinuation of automatic drafts as I was unable to stop the draft progress from his website. I was told, “Mr.Hinn would like to know why you want to discontinue your gift.”
A chill went up my spine because I knew that was a lie. The staff member was presenting to me that Benny Hinn himself was asking me this question. I felt so disappointed.

Mike, from everything I have researched on your name (because I'm a nerd when it comes to etymologies and name origins, I find it fascinating) one origination of "Winger" comes from the middle English words for "Friend" and "Spear". I don't know any better way to describe your attitude, behavior, and Ministry. You truly are exemplary of what a real friend is, willing to go the distance to protect your Brothers and Sisters, while at the same time being a spear that pierces through lies of false teachings when necessary. Your ministry has been a blessing to my family for the past 5 years and I will be praying for this all to be resolved swiftly and for you and your family to be safe throughout it all.

Mike, I see the spirit of truth in your presentation. I've never been drawn to showy faith healers. I do believe in God's power to heal. Through the prayers of a group of mature Christians, I was miraculously healed of the incurable disease of epilepsy. Now, 40 years later, the healing has stood the test of time because God is faithful. I needed no pseudo faith healer to shove me to the ground. God, through his Word, along with mighty prayer warriors, saw my immediate healing and proof in my medical reports. God doesn't need fakes. His power remains the same. Thanks, Mike.
