This has to be the ultimate sleeper BMW 3-series.. Looks and sounds like a stock 335i touring, but with 500+HP and 600+Nm.. And a manual gearbox to top things off.. Very cool car..

5th and 6th gear pulls were kinda mindblowing to see, that speedo just kept going with no slowing down

I do have an E92 with over 200k km and it still performs so well. I’d definitely buy that car again right now if I had to. Absolutely love that platform.

@@stefankoe Mine is 2007 & a bit over 300k already. I put a lot in that car, cause it wasn't in a very good condition, just the engine was wel alive. But it's so fun to drive, that I would just like the newer facelift version 335d/335is or an e92 m3, manual rwd - awesome drivers car.
Just when I thought this channel couldn't get any better, these guys break out a sleeper wagon for us! Besides that and hearing my two favorite words "Autobahn Blast" in the beautiful Dutch accent I am in pure car heaven!
On the 335i brakes, you can mount Z4 35i(s) brake discs, bolt on. They are two-piece with alu hat, so more prone to overheating. In the 335i calipers, E9X performance pads are fitting as well, these are Textar S4007's. Without going to a big brake kit, you can first try if these relatively cheap parts will suit your usage, already way better than stock

Breaks are upgraded with drilled ones, it’s the pads and single piston calipers which is the problem ✌🏻

It's not a base model, the 335i is the highest non M 3 series out there

I did 8.17 on stock turbos 485hp/685nm so I think ~500 is pretty spot on. Nice setup!

If the owner sees this, what have you done with the gearbox? I have an almost identically setup E93 (RB Twos at around 550bhp, 335is clutch, all the rest) and my input shaft bearing is whining a bit after some hard launches. I'm at about 160k km myself, and the 4th gear synchro is also not the happiest when cold. Did a shop do a full rebuild? It's very difficult to find any parts for this gearbox. He didn't say anything about the turbos, I don't think they are stock.

I think this a common issue with n54/n55 Manuel transmission . Bmw don’t make parts for this Manuel transmission, they only sell it as a whole transmission. As they think is it cheaper to just replace the whole transmission, rather rebuilding. Right now, I am having a similar problem with you where my car second gear have a bad synchro. I been trying to find shop to rebuild it to hold more power, but couldn’t find one. So I am going to bring the car to Bmw and replace transmission and have that service history. Which I think it will cost around 4000 usd.

Yep, I never understand why people only tune for power and not factor in supporting mods, brakes, suspension etc.
