- If you develop elite finishing touch around the rim, the game opens up for you. No matter whether you're one of the best athletes on the court or not, you know you can get to the rim and have a pretty good chance at it falling. From a psychological standpoint, this builds so much confidence. Let's start to build this up!

IM IN LOVE W THIS CHANNEL DAMN
I really appreciate your hoopers knowledge and attention to detail 🤞🏽🔥
A highly informative video! Among NBA players, Nikola Jokic stands out as the one with the most exceptional touch around the rim that I have ever witnessed. Similar to the content in the video, this skill doesn't heavily rely on athleticism.
Imma get to my practices early and try this
Aight imma use this to improve my finishing.
Great video
Nice topic i need to add this in my game
What is the rule of thumb of using backboard vs direct at the rim?
Feel, positioning, angle of attack. Back board is nice when you can hit it, if you have strong English you can and probably will use it all the time. Floater or hook shot game not so much. Imo, find what's comfortable for you, but keep challenging yourself.

Bro please come to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 🙏
Can you do a video on mastering the midrange & two feet finishes
He has already
hey coach, not that you would promote this, but what are your thoughts on occasionally lighting up to improve recovery at the end of a long day- either from experience or your opinions on what you've heard haha
improving recovery?? nah homie you're just wrecking your lungs lol
I’ve been pretty good with most of them except for the scoop across, I feel awkward doing it and I can’t get the strength for it
thats the only one I can do
Very good, thanks!
Also, you have to work on your jump.
I really like how you chose the worst possible angle to film this from!
fr but i can still understand the vid😒
where do you put your ball on the backboard for the wide finishes?
Probably little bit outside of the square
Great workout.
One more idea try to finish with diphrent balls :soccer ball, volleyball diphrent size et cetera.

im a younger player who can't really finish on the way down should I be working out to get stronger?
Not necessary of you’re very young. I don’t have experience lifting weight but I would say that you COULD start lifting a little bit at the age of 15 (maybe lil bit younger/older but around that age).
Just practice until you can’t get it wrong. That doesn’t mean training 5 hours once a month but training like 10 minutes everyday.
Doing it everyday is better for improving, so don’t rush yourself!
I know that you will be good at it with the training. You got this!🔥
@@amp.Cimbom appreciate the reply
@@jsc213 no problem
light strength training if your young. i am also young too, and doing it has gotten me strong. another thing strength training is good for is that it doesnt just help your finishing, it can help you with turnovers, blocks, and rebounds.

First comment. Also thanks! I've been working on this recently. I'm sure this will help.
you should get a wireless mic so the video can be shot from a watchable angle.

How do I avoid blocks more
Better finishing and passing vs help. Cutting off your man after you beat him so he can't build momentum towards you if that's who is blocking you (attacking diagnally across the court)
@@frost9239 thank you
if you're finishing you focus on the rim not on opponent
do a floater
Jesus can help you
Bruh this is basketball
Jesus the hooper 😂
Only god can help you
