Did a few windmills, but my phone had run out of battery, I'll post them next time.

@@CoachFrikki Thank you
@@benas8860 I stopped playing 5 years ago because of a hip injury (had surgeries on both hips). Started coaching and studying film more instead.
Hope to get back on the floor and play a full season someday because I've improved a lot since last time.
@@CoachFrikki Good job! You're videos are great tho
Teach me the ways
What is the difference between dunk and post?🤔
my bag is full thanks
The pro hop
Euro+inside. And It is the only way I can go to the rim/score/ because for me it get the closest to the rim. And I hit a shot only if I aim at the square bankshot, even with my 195 cm height 🥴
KYRIE IRVING one of the BEST finisher at the rim of all TIME I only saw him once in your vid INTERESTING a job well done though
i tried the rondo fake 1:17 and every body started shouting traveling 😂😭.
come help me out, can u actually suspend(delay the shot) after taking two steps for a layup or must u let go of the ball immediately
You can suspend.
Post moves??👀
I can do all 49 of them
how do i finger roll without airballing
How do you get the spin on the ball
Practice
0:19
1:13
1:21
1:32
1:38
1:46
2:03
3:02
5:00
5:10
Isn’t the pro hop a travel?
I feel like I'm fighting a Megaman boss with this music
If you too had the full package, like. 😄Funny, I never practiced these moves but I used them all at some point including #50. It came with the game instinct. I miss my youth 😔
0:38
4:22
49 out of 50 is good enough for me I suppose
I love the details on the take, but fundamentally a lot of these moves I can't teach to high school players. The refs at this level would turn their lungs inside out.
5:10
360 windmill
0:25 0:38 1:01 1:07 2:23 2:40 2:46 4:03 4:09 5:10
That rondo fake move is so nervewrecking for the defender, it temts you to play rough
5:25 steps
A friend of mine once explained me why that wasn’t a travel, it had something to do with the 0 step and another fiba rule. Xd i don’t exactly remember
Where's your dunk at coach 🤣🤣🤘
My phone died on the last 2 finishes. It missed my windmill dunks sadly.
switchs hands high
Im not tryna hate but isnit better to have 1 or several very effect finisher but mastered to the highest level? You know that quote “i no fear the man practice 10000 kicks but one kick 10000 times”
2 56
Can anyone explain to me about why #25 isn't a travel?
Spin move into a step through.
Gather then Left (1) + Right (2) + Right (2). Two steps then lifting your pivot before shooting is legal. It is done on most laypus.
@@CoachFrikki In US maybe, but in Europe this one is called as travel. Or used to, nowadays refs seem more tolerant. Great video nevertheless.
You forgot the Lebron cuff layup
I left different gathers for a future video. Soon!
how bout the lebron 4 step layup
The curry floater
That hit the ceiling not in the list
It’s called a Baylor step…popularized by Elgin Baylor
