- Today we're furthering my gambling addiction but it's not a problem if I'm not losing, right? We just have to ignore the many times I failed before finding the good run with the right symbols to start. Many different builds were attempted but flowers reign supreme again.

Fun one I did: Shit ton of oysters generating pearls, and an archeologist who destroys pearls and permanently gains +1 gold for each pearl destroyed.
I was doing really well with the dame, X-ray machine (item), and archeologist. Then I got suns and a flower but I never landed the flower bc I was only landing rare bc of my lucky cats.
I finally broke the game with suns, flowers and flower multipliers.
There’s so many strategies and it all depends on how the player respond to the RNG; I would constantly fail at this game

I dont think the devils deal destroys items, I think it just *adds* 66 empty spaces you need to fill up again before your wheels are useful again

Devil's Deal would be good if you had some of the void creatures in your deck beforehand, otherwise it's basically like drawing a dead card in hearthstone so you may as well forfeit.

When you get a good fruit run, but you don't take the watermelon because you're addicted to flowers.
Taking items that make things common when you have symbols that boost your chances of finding uncommon, rare, and very rare items will mean you find less common items overall, like the flower. This also applies to items that are made common instead of uncommon, like the raindrop. If you want more common items instead, add more symbols of tedium. This can potentially help you shape which symbols you can get, which should help more often now that the game has introduced re-roll and removal items. (And also nerfed the telescope and the protractor.)

Devil's Deal does exactly what it says it does.
It doesn't remove anything, or set any of your symbols to be blank.
It adds 66 symbols, all of which are blanks.
Watching DF pass up the capsule machine like WHYYYY. It doubles the value of the capsules! Buffing capsules give you 2 buffs. Item capsules give 2 items. It's SO good.

So long as the 6 coins isn't going to be the death of you in the next 6 turns, hustling capsule is ALWAYS worth it, since it gives you a pool ball (1 coin/turn).

Ms. Fruit is my favorite strategy. Sun, rain, seeds, and farmers all over the board- Ms. Fruit absorbing all the fruit. I had her giving me almost 50 per spin one time lol

It's odd he went for the coin on the string instead of the carton as it removes the egg once you get it and gives 1 up to 6 and doesn't get destroyed

I was inspired by you playing this game to get it myself, I’ve been in the same run for about 3 hours yawing the archeologist and a While lot of oysters with arrows and wild cards
I discovered an OP combo of the cat, wolf, beastmaster, witch and moon. With the 3 cat buffers added on each one makes me about 30k a spin.

I don’t know if you read this from other comments, but the blanks are actual items, not just the absence of items. When your wheel is blank even when you have 20 symbols, that’s just because you got unlucky with the blanks. That also means that the devils deal isn’t a reset, it just makes getting blanks a lot more common and getting money making symbols a lot less common.
Edit: Just learned that while they are actual items, one goes away for every symbol you get.
So it's potentially recoverable from if you have symbols that generate other symbols?

I've been watching a couple people play this and I've come to the conclusion that unless you have that item that can swap places arrows are absolutely trash they always land on the boarder and always face off the board lmao.... I get so mad 😠

One build that I used a bunch earlier in the game was the card shark joker and suits setup, it allowed me to get some absolutely stupid totals
You should play Sneaky Sasquatch. It is definitely the kind of game you would grind.
What I found that works in this game is if you take every suit of cards that you get given, and then pray that you get the 2 items that double the coin output of the suits. Aswell as joker which will then double whatever the suits give, and if you get really lucky you can get card shark which will then again double what the suits give, so you could be looking at like ~500 coins per spin.
Add some gold arrows, protractor, and the item swapper, and that build can hit 2.5 million per spin. I have an absolute insane run going with that at the moment.

Watching DF pass up Hustling Capsules hurts. But was already in pain from all the flowers... sure you can get them a lot of multipliers if you get lucky but I'd rather focus on something more stable.

it's not that the devil's deal removes symbols, it makes it significantly harder to get symbols because it adds a ton of blank symbols to your symbol count, so if you can't pay rent and need to use it then it's game over anyways.
I think it’s funny how the arrows only point off the board or at one symbol
After a few runs DF sounds like a pensioner at a poker machine... who says "I know the strategy" and then loses haha
