Every time he ignores a goldfish while he has the goldfish bowl, I die a little inside
Also, did you know you can disable items in this game (would have been good to disable shedding season at some point to be less overrun by rabbit fluff)
also the amount of oranges he ignored while he had the pirate hurt me physically
To be fair he only noticed the pirate ate chests, and the one time an orange was eaten he thought it was the chest @@BlitzTheFoxi
also also he took 2 peppers that did the opposite of what he thought they did and therefore didnt give him any money at all :')

I think it was mostly the rabbit and rabbit fur that screwed DF's "plans".
Nah, he just took too many bad animals. The rabbits being worth 15 per spin and the fluff giving him rare things actually saved his ass multiple times.
He should've been removing the ducks instead of the rabbit fluff.

number 1 mistake: took too much. Basic math: 4x5=20. you want to sit at as close to 20 symbols as possible, and some of the games that have cloned this bring that number up to 25 before blanks stop showing up. Since the multipliers are much smaller compared to its clones, eaters and other things that build momentum (like pears) are the key to harder ascensions. The 25 rule still applies, but eaters can increase that margin since the plan is to have them removed. Even with eaters as the key, you want to stick to eaters with commonality, and not be afraid of getting duplicates. If you are already trying to feed 1 pirate, feeding 2 pirates has a chance to share "food", and you can focus on "clogging" the slots with only things they would eat.
Early game: take any symbol that has a chance to assist your planned build without fully committing to a single synergy, and grab the stuff with the highest base value available until hitting the magic 25 number. Midgame: reduce your synergies down to no more than 2 at once (and both have to have some form of interaction with each other, even if only through a single piece) while building up the ones you stick with. Endgame: skip (or reroll) everything, taking only that which can be consumed or instantly destroys itself for a meta currency: tokens and items most notably. From the midgame onwards, it is important to start removing weaker parts of your synergies, as well. Beast master boosting a base value 1 is far less efficient than boosting a 4; if you are above that 25 sweet spot, grab any base value 4s and remove a base value 1 at the same time, making the beast master hits more valuable.
Seeing how far you got with such poor plays is enough to prove that most of these tips dont become that relevant until higher floors with more handicaps and higher quotas, but it does illustrate where this one went wrong. You usually want to be an entire quota ahead of what the game is asking for. If the current payment is 50 and the next is 100, try to end the current payment at 150+ coins. The larger your banked extras, the more room you have to experiment and change synergies.

This is a "less-polished" version of the game, "SpinCraft" (which I have played A LOT in the past) and there r many MANY different ways of setting up your builds, in each run (did I mention that SpinCraft was a "roguelike" game?)

also! if you didnt know, you can disable the items by clicking on them; that would help with stuff like the rabbit fur

I think one problem this game has is just how hard it is to focus on a build. Theres just not enough ways to try and rig it towards what you want

This is why I tend to avoid chickens and rabbits. Things that add things can mess you up very easily. Also, destroy the rabbit instead of the fluff so it stops spawning more fluff. Was genuinely painful watching you waste all your removal tokens on fluff instead of getting rid of the rabbit making all the fluff. I generally save the rerolls for when rare items are guaranteed to show up so you have more options for rares as its a bit of a waste using them on uncommons/normals

I'm in agony. I think he'd do some really interesting things if he knew cat strats with essences. I've had numbers that go half way across the screen every turn and takes literal minutes to compute

I played this game and the best team possible is pure suns and a ability that makes it for every sun you have it multiplies all other suns by 3x and it eventually gets to the point where your making like trillions
It's painful to see DF play so badly... I guess that's to be expected when you're beginning. I hope he keeps playing and learn the ropes.
