      @@elifitzgerald2961 I'm doing the vertcode Bodyweight. Def wasn't ready for elite. I plan to do Elite once I have access to an indoor facility once I complete this program. I'm in the PNW so it's a juggling act to plan my jump days with good weather.

      @@elifitzgerald2961 I'd recommend starting with bodyweight. Builds up your base and CNS , Undervalued imo! If you have any questions id love to help

      @@robinsonnis thanks very much one question I have is my vert is around 31inches I got that from doing basic plyometrics went from 24inch vert to 31inches and I have very good mechanics does vertcode bodyweight get me to 36inches Dju think?

    What do you think of deep squats for injury prevention? I’ve seen you like quarter squats better for performance but what about injuries? Being able to tolerate force over a large range of motion could help with that right?

    @pjfperformance hi coach love the content giving us an insight to what’s it’s like working with pro athletes. One question - would you be able to explain why the athlete is doing certain movements during the session you have them doing, so we can know the benefits and how it will improve their performance?
