Hopefully with the rerelease to the original Golden Sun and The Lost Age on NSO they will announce plans for a remake or continuation to Dark Dawn or something atleast.

The DK area isnt even open yet. If theres gonna be a zelda area, its not even gonna be announced until 2026 or 2027 at the earliest
@@orange_turtle3412 That would give Aonuma and Miyamoto enough time to plan’s themes out for the pre-attraction supervision.
Castle Town, Hateno village and Korok Forest would be a perfect walk through while a a 3D motion theater where are seated as part of the action, and joined Link and Princess Zelda’s journey across Hyrule to save it from Ganondorf would be the perfect ride.
Those are my concept ideas I would of given them.
They have to reveal the next Switch before they pull the trigger on the production lines. Because as soon as it goes into production it will be fully leaked. So that will be the deciding factor when we get the official reveal. When will production start.
I would like an announcement that the next zelda game is in development. No visuals, no info, just that announcement. I know its asking a lot considering how much work went into ToTK, but I want to know that they're getting ready for the next chapter
It is. The zelda team is always working on something. Chances are the next game is currently nothing more than some concept art and maybe proof-of-concept gameplay tests. There is probably no clear vision for it quite yet. But I assure you, the next game is in very early development

@@orange_turtle3412 DLSS technology is gonna be there. So upscaled 4K would be possible. But I agree that 1440p on the dock and 1080p handheld is more likely. But 4K would be possible
@@tripalink The most powerful hybrid consoles right now (steam deck and asus ally) can barely push out 4k when docked, and they’re a lot more expensive than the typical nintendo console. There might eventually be a pro model with 4k, but id count on the base model outputting 1440p docked at the absolute maximum. Nintendo wont charge 500$+ for the base model of a device meant to be accessible to everyone.

I don’t think we should expect to hear from the switch 2 until June like with PS5. People are just setting themselves up for disappointment if they want it before then.

I'm hoping for more remakes and remasters and also some new things for Switch and here are my predictions for this last February Nintendo Direct for the Nintendo Switch that will happen so here they are.
Okay I want to see what HAL Laboratory is doing for Kirby cause here's what my ideas are for what HAL Laboratory should do for Kirby so since 2 years ago they did Kirby's 30th Anniversary like the games that we got from Kirby are Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Kirby Star Allies, Kirby's Dream Buffet, Kirby Fighters 2, Super Kirby Clash, and Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe so maybe hopefully we do get a big new Kirby Game next year I'm pretty sure it would be like after Kirby and the Forgotten Land or after Magolor Epilogue Kirby, Elfilin, and Magolor work together to find the ancients that made the dimensions, the Master Crown, and the Lor Starcutter and take them down once and for all so that they won't corrupt anyone and also Kirby's Friends he met throughout the series now that would be a cool new Kirby Game to see from HAL Laboratory. Or maybe like we could get like Kirby Air Ride 2 and maybe they could add more Kirby characters in there and also ones from the Kirby Anime like Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon or maybe they can do Kirby's Battle Royale 2 called Kirby Battle Royale Switch where you have 50 Kirbies and you can customize your own Kirby and then battle it out in a arena or maybe Kirby Fighters 3 like having more stages and battle it out in the arena again or a treasure road Kirby game called Kirby Star Road where you have to do all the treasure roads from Forgotten Land in order to win all the medals or platinum relics or a eShop 2D Challenge Kirby Game or a Team Kirby Clash 3D where you can battle all the bosses from past Kirby Games including from Forgotten Land and Magolor Epilogue or a new Kirby Golf Game like Kirby's Dream Course or maybe having a Kirby Game called Dream Crafter where you can make your own Kirby Levels just like from Super Mario Maker or maybe a Kirby Party game with the minigames from Kirby's Return to Dreamland Deluxe in Merry Magoland and you can play as Kirby Characters from both the Games and the Anime or maybe they could like do a two game collection pack and do remasters for both Kirby Triple Deluxe and Kirby Planet Robobot and having new side story modes for both Taranza and Susie just like what they did with Magolor in Magolor Epilogue. Like seeing Taranza finding Queen Sectonia after she was defeated from Kirby so that they can be together again and for Susie maybe she tries to find her father after Star Dream was destroyed by Kirby with him in it or maybe she tries finding Kirby’s Robobot Suit after Kirby defeated Star Dream or maybe having a backstory for Susie I don’t know? But yeah their is alot of Kirby games HAL Laboratory can do before they start working on the next big mainline Kirby Game for this year.
But I hope for next year maybe HAL Labs could get like Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon from the Kirby Anime and put them in a Kirby game like I know their not canon to the Kirby games but if they were then you would just see Tiff and Tuff helping Kirby out like giving him an ability or a 1-Up and also cheering Kirby on which would be cool and for Escargoon maybe he could be a mini boss either way it would be cool to see these characters from Kirby Right Back At Ya coming back to the Kirby series again.
And also for this year it would be cool if Nintendo and HAL Laboratory did make a reboot for Kirby Right Back At Ya like having the original characters like Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight, Tiff, Tuff, Escargoon, Sir Ebrum, Lady Like, and the Cappytown Citizens and also adding new Kirby Characters like Bandana Waddle Dee, Adeleine, Ribbon, Marx, Magolor, Taranza, Susie, Elline, The Three Mage Sisters, Elfilin, Clawroline, The Beast Pack, Galacta Knight, the four colored Kirbies Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green, Shadow Kirby, and even more. So I hope they do make reboot for Kirby Right Back At Ya since Nintendo is now doing entertainment which is doing Movies and TV Shows like The Super Mario Bros Movie so hopefully we do get a reboot for Kirby Right Back At Ya. But Nintendo and HAL Laboratory they should not just let Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon go because it would be cool seeing them in the Kirby Canon like in the games cause I know Escargoon and NME were in Mass Attack but not Tiff and Tuff so why not add them in the Kirby Games since the Anime is now done. But I really want to see Japan make official plushies of Tiff, Tuff and Escargoon because that would be cool and I would love to see that happen. But yeah this show was great and adorable and hopefully we get a reboot for it like keeping Tiff, Tuff, and Escargoon in it, adding new Kirby Characters, and not making Kirby fully talk cause in the anime I know he did talk in episode 1 but at this rate I don't want him to talk at all because it would might sound weird and I don't like that at all so hopefully in the reboot they can keep making him say Poyo which I'll be fine with that.
A new Mario Party game would be cool to see like maybe for the characters they could add the characters that they add from previous Mario Party Games like Mario, Luiig, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, Wario, Waluigi, Yoshi, Donkey Kong, Toad, Boo, Koopa Kid, Toadette, Birdo, Dry Bones, Blooper, Hammer Bro, Koopa Troopa, Shy Guy, Kamek, and Rosalina and having new Minigames and new boards to play like that would be awesome to see.
A new Mario Baseball would be awesome to see since we got Mario Superstars Baseball on GameCube and a remake of it which Mario Super Sluggers on the Wii so maybe in the new one we can see new characters being in the roster like The Koopalings, Pauline, Rosalina, The Broodals, Spike, Nabbit, Cappy, Boom Boom, and many more but I hope they don't do the same thing that they did with Mario Strikers Battle League cause make it as Mario Super Sluggers then I would actually play it and yeah.
I hope to see Nintendo using Greeso to do a remake of Tomodachi Life for the Nintendo Switch. Because I know that Miitopia got remastered version on the Switch and it was great and they added a new Mii Maker Editor which I like it because you can ask the person for the code then you use it and then you get the Miis that they created and that's what they should do for Tomodachi Life and it would be great seeing Tomodachi Life getting a remastered version and being ported to the Nintendo Switch and not on the new system Switch 2! Because I don't want to pay that much money to get a new console and the game so I hope Tomodachi Life does come to the Nintendo Switch in this last January Nintendo Direct for the Nintendo Switch because I hope this is the year that we do get it and not being it on Switch 2! And also we may get a library of GameCube Games for the Nintendo Switch Online now that would be cool to see. Or on Switch 2 who knows?
So yeah I hope this last February Nintendo Direct for the Nintendo Switch will be a really good one from Nintendo and hopefully it will be good.

I'm more curious what the launch title will be for the Switch 2. BotW was the launch title for the Switch, but I can't see 2 remake/remasters being launch titles. They would want it to be a big franchise new release to entice people to get the new console. But LoZ and Mario just had new releases. I don't see Luigi's Mansion, Mario Kart, Metroid, or Smash Bros being big enough/mainstream enough to be launch titles.

I imagine Metroid Prime 4 and/or a new 3D Mario game could probably be launch titles for the Switch 2.
@scargamer0022 Metroid went dead for years because it was such a poor selling franchise. I doubt they'd stick that as the title to entice people to buy Switch 2. More like a 2nd month release.

I am excited for the paper Mario the thousand year door remake but I wish we were also getting a remake of the original paper Mario because I’ve never played that game and I have the original thousand year door on GameCube

In Nintendo Direct made an announcement of the remastered version of The Windwaker HD and Ocarina of Time Remake, my heart will be filled with so much joy since both are my favorite Zelda games!
Only thing that I would changes in the Ocarina of Time Reamke is the ending. Given players the options to have two new different climaxes that is different than the original:
1. Link dies but Zelda and the Sages did managed to seal Ganondorf into the Sacred Realm; leading up to the Downfall Timeline.
2. Link stays with Zelda in the Adult Timeline(or a new timeline); the pair sets out to restore the Kingdom of Hyrule while making preparations of Ganondorf’s return. Princess Zelda had come to terms with the realization that you can’t changed your past mistakes but that shouldn’t stop you from learning/grow from them.
Lot of great context here, thank you. What is interesting to me is the Fire Emblem 4 remake that was mentioned with the Fire Emblem Engage leaks that came out a few years ago. Considering the Engage leaks turned out to be 100% true, the possibility of an Echoes type game for FE 4 seem strong. The hope though would be that an FE4 remake comes to the new 4K system. The reason this may be true is that that game would have been long done by now if it was for the Switch. Perhaps they 'switched' it to the new console late in its cycle?
Nintendo better to announce a new Star Fox game on Switch and more official news about Metroid Prime 4 because, to be honnest, it start to become so borring to get so much of those damn grab money recycled video game with more than those 10 Pokemon games, 6 Fire Emblem games, 6 Kirby games and without forget all those overdose of old Mario game port that we have played before and still remember like the two endings in Mario Vs Donkey Kong about the second ending with Mario who comfort DK by offer him a mini Mario toy after defeat him in his giant robot or about Peach possessed as the final boss in Paper Mario TTYD while we don't have much for others Nintendo games such like 2 Metroid games, 0 Kid Icarus and Star Fox games, 1 Rom Hack of F-Zero from SNES to Switch with 99 players instead made a 3D game, 1 new Pikmin game and the true Mario Kart fan never get any new Mario Kart game on Switch who doesn't smell the 2014 Wii U port since 7 years.

I personaly think the switch 2 is gona come out this direct because I think they want to release the console mid/late summer so they have enough time to restock them for the christmas sales. So annoucing it now would be a good time. And as for the argument of switch exculisve titels comming that can easly be counter if the switch 2 is backwards compatible, which they have always done when the console was still going strong. Gamecube to Wii, Wii to WiiU, DS to 3DS, 3DS to New 3DS

While, I do think it would be good to have a remake of the minish cap I think remakes of the Oracle games are needed more urgently, since those games are older and fewer young players have experienced their stories

I doubt switch 2 is going to be at this direct next month. The direct next month is focused on the current switch consoles already on the market. If Nintendo is aiming for a $350 dollars or $400 dollars price tag for this switch 2. I doubt this switch 2 will have 4k in it. Now this switch 2 dock could have 4k in it. But I don't know if this switch 2 tablet will have 4k in it. Unless Nintendo is aiming for a $450 dollars, $500 dollars or more price tag for this switch 2. If Nintendo is aiming for a $350 dollars or $400 dollars price tag for this switch 2. This switch 2 will be downgraded in some way to keep this switch 2 affordable.

Isn't it kinda proven that Nintendo is working with Nvidia? Which is working a lot with AI enhanchements tech - like upscaling etc?
So I would fully expect the new consolle to have 4k. Not natively, but thru upscaling. Maybe only when docked, possible - although I am not sure if it would make sense engineering-wise, of course on a small portable screen 4k would be kinda wasted.
@@tommasoannoni4836The tech is DLSS which is great, but no magic. Usually games below 1080p upscaled to 1440p or 4k tend to look blurry and the Switch 2 need enough power to run games natively at 1080p for it to look great.

I do think the next console will be revealed this year, but my money’s on an end of year reveal and launch in 2025. I think they need more time to wind down the switch before introducing the new console, so I find a 2024 release very unlikely. There isnt much, but there are still switch games confirmed for this year. We still have princess peach, mario vs dk, and the sploon 3 dlc. A new system announcement would completely cannibalize all of that. From a business perspective it makes more sense to wait until all currently announced products for this year are out and selling before they announce a new console that will inevitably consume 100% of the nintendo fanbase’s attention.
So im gonna say probably a late summer or fall announcement and a new console release in 2025. I really cant see it releasing in 2024.
