2:53 elevated diamond push ups
3:57 archer push ups
5:07 pike push ups
6:17 explosive push ups open & closed
7:23 slow push ups
8:35 push ups (as many as you can do)
9:28 explosive negative push ups

@@mindcreator7663 He says every time that do 1 round if you want , but for the complete workout 4 rounds.

No cap dude, you changed my life for good.. From not being able to do a single push up to 100 push ups in a go, its been a good journey of 4 years....
What strategy did you or what exercises did you do. I've been doing different strategies from many youtubers since 2 years I am not getting any. I love the exercise that Chris does but I can't do a push up yet that sucks. Can you help how did you do?
Bro I can do 10+ knee push ups and 15+ incline push up. But fails for the standard pushups. Nearly 2min plank but I think I lack around the hips
Same as me. I went from 3 perfect pushup form to 15+ i know its not that mutch but still.. ❤

@@sanjaykutakanakeri7031 dips,explosive or slow push-ups will increase repetition for push-ups i can do 60 push-ups consecutive I hardly believe it cuz I'm doing dips or explosive push-ups always but slow push-ups changed it unbelievably so I think slow push-ups is the best for repetition increase but the big difference is explosive push-ups will increase your indurance during consecutive push-ups so that will do too ofc explosive push-ups can increase your strength too

I swear Chris isn’t like the other fitness trainers, he gets right to the workouts with no bs and actually helps you get shredded, I’ve been using the THENX app and my Chris Heria weight vest for a year now and I’ve seen crazy results compared to if I was to use some other trainers video, love you Chris thank you for helping my get shredded!! (Btw that cheesecake recipe was good af you gotta do another desert video)

Im a chubby guy but ive been on a journey since July. I haven’t lost so much but I have gained a lot of muscle. Theres been times when I haven’t been able to hit the gym so I slap on CZcams and follow along on your workouts. Its been helping a lot and I can hit way more push ups compared to when I started, couldn’t do one . Im grateful to have found your channel. 💪🔥

Day 1 of 8 (Tuesday 06.12.22) barely made it through the routine with 1 min breaks.
(Do it with me 2 times a week for a month)
Day 8 Sat 8th January: I'm doing the whole routine with 20 sec breaks my strength levels have drastically increased. My pace has increased as well. This workout is hard to begin with if beginner but the long term results which are not that long term repay you for the struggle in the start def. start doing it if you can do 15 push ups in a row.
Just 2 times? do 3 times a week bro

@@thelimbochimp7618 Then better focus on getting them, if not all the exercise will just make you weaker over time, you need fuel to use your vehicle properly bro, focus on the grind for food and then keep building the pyramid. Food is the first layer of the pyramid, then exercise, then rest, discipline, anger or any strong emotion, motivation, and at the top of the pyramid, there is happiness. That comes when you fulfill all the previous layers. Do a drawing of this pyramid and focus on developing that pyramid, paint the layer that you accomplished with a color that you like or have some meaning to you.
