Archer Pushup 20 (10 each side) 10 sec hold 5 each side

I do every day 100 PushUps Non-Stop, then 30 Mike-Tyson-PushUps and after this 32 PullUps! - It becomes an addiction and is just awesome.

Last week on my push day, all of the benches were taken so I couldn't bench press like I was planning. So I looked up "Chris Heria push ups" to find a good routine for the day. Thank you for giving me another video to follow along to! Always amazing timing with your uploads
Been using this as a warm up every day for the past two weeks, I'm happy to see drastic improvements in my muscles, my strength, and even my posture

How did you go? Did you end out doing it? I just tried it then for fun, it’s actually really hard. I couldn’t even do half of the hold times.

A year ago I’d laugh at this being a “warmup”. Now it’s a reality. I’m old - but in better shape than I was in during my 20s. Probably better than most guys in their 20s, and it’s thanks to videos like this. Keep ‘em coming!!

This was awesome as usual. Hey Chris I just purchased a set of B-Bars (Base Blocks) is there any full body workout you recommend? I've been doing your "two chair" workouts to use them and is great! (Actually that chairs workout is the reason why I got the bars to make tour workout better) But do you have an actual workout for the B-Bars? Thank you! Wow this really gave me a great all round pump on my chest and arms. I had been doing the "Bring Sally Up" challenge regularly and that gave a good pump but this is a better all rounder. This is slotting into my weekly routine from now on!

Yooo great video bro been watching you for years and I like the rings training you used to do when you had that big gym you recorded in and also the more detailed skill trainings for things like muscle ups and front levers just the explanation on tips how to achieve the skills and especially the flag skill was my favorite. Damn. Intense way to start my Monday morning. Rest times definitely need to be longer for me, for now at least. Some great variations though. That hold at the bottom is rough but feels effective. Pause button is your friend here, or maybe your enemy. Helps to have gloves to help with grip on ones like the archer and wide ones. I like the hands facing out, whenever I've done archer or wide I keep a wide position but my hands are still forward so out feels good. Have a great week all! Remember, it takes 3 to 4 months of consistent working out and healthy diet to see some results and a year or longer of being consistent to really see great results. Don't give up, stick with it. A year from now you'll wish you started today. Let's get it.

So I've just started doing these, and I must thank you. They are very effective. However, how often do you recommend doing them? It's my second day and I had to split them up and a times take about an hour break in-between due to muscle failure and fatigue.
