People sleep on Chris Heria until you put them onto his workouts. Following this stuff for maybe 20-40 minutes a day due to my job has gotten me more toned. It’s doable even for the “busiest” people.
Pre OCS I was doing his stuff for 2 hours every day to train.
Stretching
3-4 rounds of lifting depending on what muscle I’m working out that day
20 or 30 minutes of abs
40 minutes of cardio.
Now, post OCS alot of time is dedicated to work/family stuff/etc
It’s about 20-40 minutes with 2 rounds of his 15 minute full body workout using dumbbells.
Literally haven’t had any core definition since high school, until last summer when I started doing Herias ab workouts.
I’m 100% a believer!

Hi,
I've followed your great channel for a few years now. Your content is great.
Can I ask for some advice? I'm 43 years old and only exercise to remain health, somewhat fit, and R&R. Never with a serious schedule.
In my younger years I used to play soccer and basketball, and lift weights once in a while. Again, never a serious and consistent agenda.
Now I'm sitting behind a computer for long hours of the day. I am in good health, but I would love to lose some belly fat that hasn't left me for a long time. My height is 189 cms and I weigh 92.5 kgs. I eat good food mostly. Not much carbs at all. A fair amount of protein. My sugar take is two cookies a day and one teaspoon of sugar with each cup of coffee and tea (three per day in total every day). I'm working on drinking coffee and tea without any sugar. Still hard, though. LOL. I don't drink sodas. I have some chips on Saturday, which is my cheating day :).
My exercise is once every other day. Week A, four days. Week B, three days. And so forth, A, B, A, B... It starts with a 3km run that lasts about 16 minutes. Then 40 sets (8 reps/set) of weights with different devices in a gym (biceps/chest/pull up machines) followed by 10 sets (8 reps/set) of abs with crunch machines.
I'm all ears to any and all suggestions to mainly lose the belly fat that I have and gain some muscle.

Guys remember for a 6 pack ab you need consistency. You keep hitting stone for a hundred days and nothing happens but on the hundred and first day it splits in two

Just discovered your vidoes last week. I used to be in pretty good shape (not close to your level though) but stopped working out during covid and I have been getting back into it for the last month. I am doing both weights and a lot of calisthenics. I started encoperating a lot of your workouts into my own and i am definitely feeling it targeting areas i have never worked on. I did have a question what supplements if any do you take?
