Good luck doing 174 pushups
1:14 bench dips with chair 15 reps and 15 second hold on the last one
2:36 skull crushers with chair or higher elevation if too hard 15 reps 15 second hold
3:50 diamond push ups use knees if too hard 15 reps n final 15sec hold
5:05 chair bicep curls use high elevated surface if hard 15 reps
6:22 chair bicep curl hold 15sec hold
7:41 chair body rows use high elevated surface if its too hard 15 reps
9:05 chair rear delt flys 15 reps
10:25 pike push ups 15 reps
Last one: 11:50 planche and pike 15 reps 10 second hold
When you was doing the diamond push-ups, try it like this, do five diamond push-ups, spread your hands out halfway and do five pushups, and then spread your hands out as wide as you can for five more, then go back halfway do five more, then go back to the diamond position and do five more pushups and then call that a set, I call that confusion pushups, because it works all three parts of your chest and especially if you do incline like that

if you're tall and heavy like me, do the bicep curls length wise on a table .. Charis have no chance of standing still or your back not hitting the floor.

Instead of chairs i've used rings. It includes more stability and works great. Thanks for another great workout
yah the angle of chair really pinched the nerves/tendons on my wrists. didn't know where that sharp of a pain was coming from. rings helped me elevate it
