In a classical 10 seconds of 1 Hz tapping block interleaved with 10 seconds rest can I perform an event related analysis and get meaningful results? I have the impression that the frequency of the events would overlap the HDR function and therefore compromise my findings 2. If I want to perform this event-related analysis in SPM, would it be enough to set the duration of events to zero?
I agree. It was recorded in front of my old laptop during the pandemic. And with the neighbour's kids home from school and playing in the back gardens. So not ideal :(
