- In a future where time is money and the wealthy can live forever, Will Salas is a poor man who rarely has more than a day's worth of life on his time clock. I always thought this movie was so interesting. it perfectly showed the different world views of the rich vs the poor.
I loved that detail that if you run/are ever in a rush you're just assumed to be poor.
because that's just it when you're rich nothing is rushing you, you can do whatever whenever,

The real question is why the time transfer thing in their arms isn't more protected. It's like going around with your bank account open and anyone can just take or give as they want. If society had developed to this state, surely they'd have come up with a better system.

That was the most annoying part of the movie. He was telling the truth, the guy honestly gave it as a gift and willingly choose to commit suicide, but Mr. Timekeeper is just like "Nope, don't believe you" and forcibly takes it (aka stealing, hypocritically exactly what he was accusing Henry of himself.)

Security must be paid too little to care as they suck at their job. They fail to take down a regular guy and a girl who just learned to shoot a gun.... but good moral of the story at least. Execution of it is rough to say the least.

You can see that when Raymond was shot they gave him some extra time so he wouldn’t die from his wound so I assume that if you get bed enough injuries like a gun shot or broken limbs your time is more impacted.
