Brake checked by a Moron, BJ63 VVB

Travelling on the A680 towards Edenfield in the rain and strong wind, 13/03/2019.
Obviously this moron didn`t like me driving slowly so overtakes me dangerously then slams his brakes on in front of me.
I was so lucky not to hit him.
