I think Avery large part was f not the actual foundation of finding out true humanness, is to cleanse and heal the body with water only fasting (properly and long enough with experienced guidance)
once the body has rid itself of all toxic crap we’ve accumulated and healed the physical, mental and emotional trauma, then we will be able to adopt our natural human diet which is the same as our closest primate frugivorous relatives the chimpanzee and Bonobo.

Listen, if you trust the universe's inherent laws such as balance, these wars, trans humanism, fear producing and controlling of human divinity is necessary. Quality over quantity. "We" can't save or transcend everyone, they have to save themselves and that's a battle unique to every individual. As within, so without.
