Emmy Rossum is a fantastic singer. I wish she'd sing using her more operatic skills though. These pop songs might sell more but they are so lacking. The entire pop industry is plastic and boring. We don't need more of it.

If you actually were to listen to opera you would know that emmy rossum cannot sing opera for the life of her (traditional opera does not make use of microphones and her voice is WAYYYYY TOO SOFT to carry through an audience, let alone her vibrato is wayy too wide and her voice is too breathy). But of course all this makes her GREAT for TV, because classical Italian Opera does NOT fit well on screen... It sounds like someone screaming at you
