0:15 Hey buddy. The shiny brass thing above the door handle is a deadbolt lock.
Can't use the deadbolt lock when leaving since I don't have the key to get back in

Hey AK, I don't know if you know it, but Forest Hill is an older neighbourhood that's well known for its wealthy residents. Someone else mentioned Upper Canada College. That school is probably the most prestigious private boys school in this country.
Nice apartment tour, my friend! I guess it has advantages over a hotel. Looks comfortable.
Having a washer and dryer is a big advantage
Very nice, but not enough closet space, but you get washer & dryer - but they're not enclosed to attempt to cut down the noise.
