Um, that house doesn't require a name, bro. Lol... To be fair - cul-de-sacs are EVERYWHERE in Centennial HIlls. Unfortunately, in the flats, they create walled properties which don't support a neighborhood feel. It's no Blue Heron property - but nicely done. This house would be much more in another location. Of course, the view always gets better with a drone-- haha. You are really working it, Sam! It's not my cup of tea - too much tile. But that's Vegas for you. Very good presentation, well done. Someone will buy this thing.

You would probably need an additional 750k to develop the back yard, furnish the house, build out the closets but a lot of house for 3 million and very nice. Just saw your channel today for the first time. Nice job

@@samcolemanisluxury On another topic, I want to compliment you on your presence and style on video touring these homes. I do not subscribe to many realtors because so many of them are just not doing home tours as well as you do. Either they are too much about themselves or not really pointing out things like you do. Recently, I was watching one and the realtors showing the home was holding his phone in his had while he was walking around showing the home. Maybe it is just me but it was annoying and told me its all about him. In particular, you point out how to utilize the home in realistic manner once you are living there. What I am trying to say is that you paint a picture of actually what it could be like and the spaces used in real life situations. Anyway, I wish you many blessings in your Real Estate career.

Vegas Native. If i had the 3 million Centennial Hills would have my 👁️ eye. Henderson lacks land for what they ask for. Southern Hills would be my second pick. Beautiful home. You must be a Nevadan "gun safe" 🤙🏾😄

Can't understand these big homes they want me to buy but only offers 3 to 4 garage spots. I'm worth millions, you think I only got two or three whips...smh
I would have to agree on the common theme of Vegas homes with limited garage space. 4 car garages should be standard in my opinion.
That's what I say I would need like a 10 at least or enough room so I could build a garage/shop
I completely agree. I am do rich but I do ok. I have 5 cars. Two are Sports cars. Then the wife takes only spot. We need 4, car garages.

This a dream home just needs a pot filler hardwood instead of tile. And everything you said for the backyard. Charcoal grill and a deep fyer. That would a perfect dteam house. New to the channel.

We toured that house. One oven in a three million dollar house. A Gagganau is nice, but just one? How does one entertain or have dinner parties with one oven? A lot of these "builders" know how to build a house, but their sense of design is greatly lacking especially at this price point in that part of town. Three million is a big ask in the NW.
It’s definitely a nice home, but like any home, there will always be the things we would do differently. I would want 3 ovens for sure!

I was going to comment on the fact it is on Solar Ave and there are no solar panels on the house. Then I saw the stats and it says there are panels, but where are they?

Sam, wish you would of showed the garage and not just open the door to it. Most guys like to see what is inside so they can see if what they have can fit into that space.
The seller had a bunch of material that needed to be moved. I realized it when I opened it that they hadn’t removed it when we arrived to do the tour! I’m definitely one of those garage guys!

@@samcolemanisluxury well the fair price is what it gets sold for. So if it gets sold for 3 million, that’s a fair price. I wouldn’t pay that much for this home although it’s nice.
