    As far as shape, save a coffee cup cardboard sleeve from the gas station, it's a perfect template!

    You talked about using all cotton materials at the beginning of the video, in the end, you put velcro on the cozy; velcro is nylon. Why is it okay? Loved the video instruction, short of the velcro part which confused me.

      Since the Velcro isn't touching the coffee mug directly, it isn't really impacted by the heat. But if you used a polyester or nylon material to create the cozy, it could warp or melt the fabric if your mug was hot enough. Does that make sense?
