Disney security is HARDCORE. We used to go on trips in middle school with show choir and classical choir to get tips, training, and participate in rehearsals with Disney castmembers. Before every trip, our director would give us the speech about how these two kids from show choir a few yrs back got caught in a matter of minutes after trying to pull a five-finger-discount at one of the shops. Security had them once they'd set food out the door.
If I was her, by the time I would have been able to put two and two together, I probably would have forgotten his face in the sea of thousands that I probably saw everyday
I know Thierry almost got arrested for filming tons of footage of the “art piece,” but I’m surprised they didn’t get seriously punished or sued. This reminded me of when they filmed Escape From Tomorrow. It was a movie that was shot entirely at Disneyworld without the company or anyone knowing about it. I liked the message Banksy was trying to make, but I still feel weirded out about a captive dummy at a happy Disneyland setting, especially on the day commemorating 9/11.
I love his activism!! He visited my city and put up artwork about refugees... I love you Banksy. People have to know the shit America has done to innocent Muslims
@funkybub no it's not... “Warhol repeated iconic images until they became meaningless, but there was still something iconic about them. Thierry really makes them meaningless.”
preporucujem ti da pogledas film, imas link u descriptionu, ok je.. s tim da su se odrali od para, jos jedan primer kako pljuvanje po sistemu donosi pare!
I don't WANT to. Furthermore, this took NO balls. He blew up a balloon in a secluded part of a theme park. It wasn't even relevant or commentary of any kind. It was pretentious and weak. Banksy didn't have the balls to do it, that's why he paid someone else to.
Banksy didn't do it. He paid someone to do it. And I know art. I LOVE art. This? This isn't art. It's pretension at it's worst. If he really wanted to send a message, he would have picked a message that was relevant to Disney. Not some random GitMo prisoner. Furthermore, he would have picked a more iconic location. If this documentary had never come out, it's likely that none of us would have heard of this, because it was taken down before anybody could understand or appreciate it. There are a lot of great guerilla artists out there, but Wanksy isn't one of them.
"i changed my clothes then went on Indiana Jones. i got off and couldn't ring him. so i went on the pirates of the Caribbean" best quote of all movie
funkybub what movie is this?
John David Jimenez. Exit through the gift shop
You mean Documentary?
banksy is such a legend for going on rides right after hahaha
This is my favorite scene of the entire documentary.
Terry held it down man never folded once
He goes and rides "Indiana Jones" and "Pirates of the Caribbean" lmao
I've ridden both those rides when spending my birthday in Disneyland years ago.

Imagine being that girl who sold him the Disney Land tickets! Lol she saw who Banksy really was! That's awesome! That's Historic!
:)

I really like how he uses the evironment in his favor to compose the art. This is genius stuff!
Do you feel the same way? 8 years later?
I know Thierry almost got arrested for filming tons of footage of the “art piece,” but I’m surprised they didn’t get seriously punished or sued. Yeah that’s the point, cause what we should be weirded out about is how the prisoners at gitmo are being treated
I love how he deleted all the footage of Bansky right in front of the ”security”.
We were watching this in class today and class ended right in the middle of this. I had to see the rest, haha.
Are you still in school?
I think of this every time I go yo Disneyland. wildest thing ever
Mickey Mouse security team?
This was such an amazing film
I love his activism!! He visited my city and put up artwork about refugees...
I love you Banksy. People have to know the shit America has done to innocent Muslims
Yes and vice versa ofcourse. Muslims like to put people in Orange clothes too
I was at Disneyland that day and a lot of people were talking about some terrorist on big thunder mountain but I never saw anything
What year was this and park please?
1:28 when he said "shhh shhh shhh shhh" i felt that
the footage was the video tape he put in his sock.
"People who are at Disneyland not to have fun".
hahahaha
Woooooow amazing
Haha i also enjoyed "Holy shit, i have just made one million in counter fit notes"
What happens if you fly a drone over Disneyland? Since there is a "No-Fly Zone" over Disneyland.
+nezahualcoyotl2012 If they found out it was you, you'd probably get a pretty hefty fine.
@funkybub no it's not... “Warhol repeated iconic images until they became meaningless, but there was still something iconic about them. Thierry really makes them meaningless.”
this is the best part of the movie :) oh Disney
He deflated it...and so it just looked like a bunch of extra clothes he had on him...alot of people bring a change of clothes for the wet rides..
Agreed! 👍

@1111Davo1 good point, i bet they looked for dolls after this
My biggest question: how did he sneak it in when security checked his bag?
It’s just a orange sheet, you need to pump it to realise what it is. He probably just said it was a sheet to put down on grass to sit on
sami sa sobom???:DD
moze nema problema, samo ne znam u kom smislu o cemu se radi?:))
@NawsChicky thanks for share
Bad ass
@sashalekich možeš li mi u par rečenica objasniti o čemu se radi ovde ?
Mr.Bigg is banksy
3:02 What about Five Guys
'terrorist':))
thanks for share!:)
god that is funny
@microphonegirl81992 'is mickey mouse gonna be there today?':))
@SuperBlubbAxelander Sorry to burst your bubble, but thats Mr. Brainwash, not Banksy. But good thought though.
N0rdicLLama it's both have you not seen the documentary
he meant photos taken in disneyland
Кто здесь после KUJI
How did he delete all the evidence when we are watching the evidence here...?
I think banksy later says that Thierry hid the tape in his shoe or something.
@funkybub :)))
I feel like it was a weak location. I would have chosen somewhere more iconic.
You don't have the balls to do it tho.
I don't WANT to. Furthermore, this took NO balls. He blew up a balloon in a secluded part of a theme park. It wasn't even relevant or commentary of any kind. It was pretentious and weak. Banksy didn't have the balls to do it, that's why he paid someone else to.
+TheHarlequinHatter It's called art puto plus Banksy did it because he has the balls. Balls. The balls. B.L.L.Z.N.Q.I.A.L.S, balls.
Banksy didn't do it. He paid someone to do it.

+TheHarlequinHatter I didn't read that shit. Thing is I don't give a fuck no more.
If he deleted all the tapes how are we seeing this footage
Banksy is french??
No he is Britian
prvenstveno u ovom dijelu filma, i uopste u filmu ?
He delete everything, right? So how does he have this footage?
he hid the tape in his sock
