There has been an artist in former Czechoslovakia during the 50. of last century - called Vladimir Boudník, there are evident common starting points, that could be observed - in the way, he incorporate the stains and cracked plaster of the shabby walls, although Banksy is more straight in the way he refers to recent alternative/subversive tendencies...
Hate Banksy. Like Banksy. He's gunna do art regardlees. I personally love his art. He never says anything about his art, just that he loves doing it. People hate that he makes so much money from it, but isnt that every artist dream, to get paid for what you love doing. Dont hate, go out there and do some art yourself. I can say that he does inspire me.

Banksy's agreat draughtsman & smart cookie - but he's no original. Copied his tm style from Blek, copies ideas for his stuff from other artists' works in B mags / comics etc. BTW Banksy is at least 6ft 5 tall. U cant miss him really LOL. Banksy often doesnt see a lot of the money because since he is anonymous. He cant really get paid since no one knows who he is. Edit:also forgot to mention he thinks art shouldnt just be for the elite

The best artist has found on the walls of streets and not in the most famous galleries first... this arts speaks, it is not dead borring arts decoration without messages..ít is what is expected from arts..

@p z he don't get paid well except for the Simpsons and to do it at a park but he spends every money to get new stuff.
