Very cool! Never heard of path projects, might have to look at the gear. The Altra’s have been my favorite shoes for the races and the trails. Have you tried the spring energy gels? NO maltodextrin and it’s pure organic foods with good fat and protein with little sugar. Using those for my marathons and trails and they have been pretty good

your videos are very educational and really very refreshing. I started Maff running recently and following you is fun and I am learning. I checked on Path products most stores don’t carry them. Please keep putting out more videos.

2:03 isn't it better to wear solely the shorts without a separate layer, to make it more comfortable and cooler?

@@FlorisGierman Ok I get what they mean but I'm not a fan of compression. On a day to day basis I wear boxer shorts

Do you prefer the 5” or 7” Graves?
I prefer the 7" Graves in training, for race day I run in the 5"
