St. Catherine Jamaica Moves Road Tour

Jamaica Moves' (#Jamoves) is a campaign that was launched under the Ministry of Health in April 2017 to promote healthy lifestyle habits among Jamaicans, in order to reduce non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as diabetes, heart conditions, cancers, and chronic kidney disease. The St.Catherine's leg of the Jamaica Moves campaign took place at Portmore Parkway on Friday, June 29, 2018. Among the activities for the day include free health checks, pap smear test, dental checkups, eye testings, outdoor workouts as well as fitness testing, dancing, hulahoop competitions and a kiddies village.
