    重點不能把四季豆切開後浸水和加小梳打粉,豆內的營養汁液營養都被大量沖走,實在浪費,材料既新鮮,何必每味都要下雞精/粉!雞粉包裝寫明有化學物質,許多人吃後都係有不同敏感反應,何必教學每味都用來入饡呢!吃後會更口乾!用加速功能看片都仍覺進度過份仔細緩慢。

    我是直接下锅炒,连同整粒的大蒜6、7个,边炒边用手来回洒水在里面不停翻炒(洒水,什么时间洒,洒多少需要按照感觉来的,这种感觉会做饭的人应该都懂)这样退了生色后加盐,用最小的火盖上锅盖焖(记得锅盖只能揭开一次,不然颜色会变黄)用多少时间没计算过,也是听着锅里有油呲啦的声音就是水已经没了,揭盖装盘即可。软糯,颜色也绿

    as an executive chef we use 1 to 2 tea spoons lard to slowly stir fry beans and yes lard from pig is healthier than any veritable, canola, peanut, corn, soy, oils.
    you can sub olive oil for lard as well also healthy.

    Like most legumes, raw green beans contain lectins, which are proteins that act as antifungal and natural insecticides for plants ( 1Trusted Source ).
    However, lectins fight off digestive enzymes if you eat them. As a result, they bind to the surface of cells in the digestive system and, if consumed in large quantities, can cause symptoms such as nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and bloating ( 2Trusted Source ).
    They can also damage your intestinal cells and affect the friendly bacteria in your gut. Additionally, they interfere with the digestion and absorption of nutrients, which is why they are known as antinutrients ( 3Trusted Source ).
    Certain beans contain more lectins than others, which means some are safest to eat raw ( 1Trusted Source ).
    Still, research shows that the seeds contain 4.8-1,100 mg of lectins per 3.5 oz (100 g) serving. That means their lectin content ranges from relatively low to unusually high ( 1Trusted Source , 4Trusted Source ).
    So, while it's probably safe to eat small amounts of raw mung beans, it's best to avoid them to prevent any potential toxicity.
