Totally random question, how fast does your scooter go?
A 4 stroke build! Nice!
One of the most impressive things about your channel is that you're able to complete such ambitious projects with pretty limited resources. Reusing an old Honda cylinder head, like you did here, was inspired! Can't wait to see what you will come up with next!
You have got to be one of the most positive and practical thinkers on this planet - Nothing is impossible - you will find a way to make it work -
Amazing talent
Ikut mampir bang
Good video ! Nothing special about motor, construction is does not change much.
No oil running to the head? Cool build but i dont think it will run long.
He is a crazy
That will not long,no lub in the head
should be with oil drip mechanism...manually...its great idea ...still will runs ok for years
Could use a brass drip Oiler setup
It's good enough. It's just a model engine, not meant to actually power anything. Just spray some oil on the cams before running it and you're good to go.
This guy makes a pile of junk into a running engine, and all you people in the comments sit behind your screens and say he should have done all sorts of things different. This guy is an animal!
It's just such a beautiful sound from low compression engines, don't care if they are not very efficient 💥
Amazing, beautiful work! I was expecting the author to do a few sand castings, but just a few lathe operations got it all done. Excellent idea about using an old refrigerator compressor! I've got to try this. I want to build a small, quiet 4-stroke engine. Great example to follow! I just want to make it smaller.
Awesomeness!! That looks like a Honda CT70 head. Thanks for improving 23 minutes of my life!
This guy has some serious skills to build an engine out of scrap
scrap is scrap, those are old parts
yes but he didnt put oil in it.

At the right speed, it still sounds like a compressor ... first thing I noticed about it
You are incredible in that idears I give you a 100% of congratulations keep it up.

I have a bucket just like that
That's about how many carbs a Briggs engine goes through and still can't fix the issues with surging.

@Stroke It its junk but he did a test run before he made this video so probablly he did some cleaning before filming.

Truly amazing! You should do a twin cylinder air compressor next!
Really love the vids man. Keep it up!!!

Good job! I remember this head coz i was driving an crosser with 50cc honda engine, and i upgrade it to 70cc later but i didnt change the main jet so it broke coz it has a low mix ratio, fix it later and sold it. Its a great engine.
This is like manufacturing the whole Engine. Great job guys, :)
I'd love to know this guy's back story. How/where did he acquire the myriad skills and know-how to succeed at these amazing projects ?! As someone who has done a lot of screwing around with engines, motors, etc., I am in awe of his skill and daring. I would NEVER try to do any of these projects with the relatively simple set of tools he uses.
improvising is a great skill to have on where we live
hold my beer, let me just grab my bag of carburetors......
LOL, I got a kick out of that too.
Lol 😂
Hhahaha
Holds beer* drinks all of it*
I really like your ingenuity...! Excellent things you make...subscribed. :)
One of the best compressor conversions I’ve seen
Original, one of a kind! ♥♥♥
Inside the head, depending on how well it's sealed against leakage it could be part-way filled with oil. Monitor oil level between running cycles with a small dipstick perhaps if one can be put in place w/o interference?
never in my life have i seen valve spring keepers installed like that. i love it
I built a similar engine useing a ford air conditioning compressor! Great video! Thanks for sharing!
I'm making friends quick with this guy when the zombie apocalypse happens
What a nice channel, subbed!
This man should make the in store homemade engine im impressed on how well you did’ keep up the good work!
Many years I am waiting for this one. Thanking brother. Please upload many of them
Might want to consider keeping your head out of the plane of that flywheel. It very well could explode at those speeds. And nice work thank you for the video.
If only I had a Lathe to "Machine" the Adaptors for the Timing Gear...
AWESOME BUILD!

excellent! nice to see a talented engineer at work.
I'm glad you're giving that ct70 head a new lease on life.
So youtube recommended that today I need to learn something, instead of watching fail army and road rage videos.
Maybe i need me some of them road rage fail army tubers hehe gave me an idea. Gotta give it to him though nice work.
You too? 😂
Very cool for proof of concept!
No oil going to head etc,
MAybe can build next motor with noodles and super glue?
That is just straight up awesome, oil or no oil I would have never been able to make that. People are just jealous great job!!
no oil coming from head may cause may cause overheart
Show de bola parabéns !!!fico pensando como é grandioza a sabedoria que Deus deu aí ser humano ... é tremendo!!!
That's incredible!!! Great job.
May want to oil the top end a bit!
Who else was bothered that he didn't clean up the oil before sliding the tray over? Besides that, great vid
I was shocked honestly.
I do too.. and also he didn't even put head gasget.. but great video.. making imposible possible..
video time didn't allow it. .he wanted to get the engine done and there is no need for a head gasket if the surfaces are flat.
Zion Deniel Teodoro there’s a head gasket.
It will always haunt me ;)
Imagine this bad boy powering that scooter 😆 you guys are having too much fun, so cool.
You are really brilliant, you truly understands the engine concepts. Tellented engineering mind created beautifull engine from scrap. Wish you all the best.
I had always wondered if a compressor could be turned into an engine, TY for creating this unique motor that can idle down to 1000 rpm & goes to 3000 rpm How many cc’s is it & how many HP & ft lbs of torque does it provide. TY for this great video as it made me an instant subscriber. Am looking forward to seeing all your previous and future videos. Keep up your great work!!! 😮
I think this is more of a proof of concept video than creating a practical engine due to there being no head lubrication system
I've never seen valve spring keepers go on that fast! and I thought I was good!
I have used a magnet, tweezers, tried to push them in place with a screwdriver and then had them fly out and lost. He did some majic.
i do the same that he does just put them in place before u push them down and ur good
I watched him do that and was both highly impressed and pissed off lol
Fantatisco !!!! So faltou lubrifucaçao na parte de cima do motor! Parabens!
Bapak power siak.. Ni tahap jenius ni..
All of your projects are very interesting my friend! I really enjoy watching you turning those into working engines. From your experience, would it be possible to turn a small 2 or 4 stroke gaz engine into a working pneumatic engine? I'm really curious, that's something I always wanted to try.
The way you got those valve keepers in on the first try makes me feel bad about how I struggled with them as a kid. 😔
This guy is crazy smart. Love the videos.
this has actually inspired me to mae one of my own thank you very much
When you ajust a carb only do it a half a turn at a time. Dont just keep cranking it in and out. After you rebuild a carb crank the fuel screw all the way in. Then back it out 2 turns, thats a pretty standard base point for any carburetor
He was adjusting the idle. But, that's still good advice nonetheless.
NOW PUT ON A SMALL GO CART
Congratulations!! Very good job!!
Vocês tem muito talento. Parabéns pelo canal e super like.
dude, awesome!
This channel should be renamed into "Turn everything into engine" :D
I can't believe its not an engine!!!!
Very good work!
Nice shop. Looks like fun
good job. looks like a honda 50cc cylinder head. know-how required to achieve this.....
Its an monkey type engine head originally designed by Honda but there are lot of chinese version and they are everywhere i have 9 of them ranging from 50cc To 110cc
It’s clear that this is a prototype, everything was done very well, but I have only one question. How is the lubrication of the camshaft in the cylinder head. With long work, the camshaft will simply jam, and the damper on the other side of the timing chain would not hurt. Regards from Russia.
Mother Russia!
Maybe he mixes it in the gas? Like you do with a 2-stroke engine. But i'm just guessing.
@@nicolajkl Then why did he put oil in the crankcase, and where did you see the 2-stroke engine equipped with valves?
@@DimonSTR7.62 dude you need to find another translator. That's not what I wrote.
@@nicolajkl No, you don't understand me. It makes sense to mix oil in gasoline, if you poured it into the engine crankcase itself? Despite the fact that the camshaft works on dry, it's good to have bearings at least.
Simple but working , nice work ..
Wow you are a master of the combustion engine.
Curious... how many revolutions can the “Timing Chain” sustain before failure without being lubricated
obviously operated at a completely dfferent rpm, but think how reliable a bike chain is, im sure the timing chain set up will hold up.
Have you ever thought about making a tiny dynamometer and seeing how much power you can make?
Loving your work Jomari, !
You sir have another subscriber. Good working engine.
Me: Pop pop pop it goes
Mechanic: ummm that doesn't sound good
Me: turns it on
Mechanic: *WHEEAAAZEE*
Get out of here "meme boy!" I'm just kidding. 🙄 "Hahaha"
Why did you say that twice?
This is great however is there any oil cooling going to the valves and an air fan would be nice for the engine
its kinda built into the fly wheel
Minecrafter55666 engine runs in the opposite direction to how the original compressor ran. Those cooling fins aren’t doing anything anymore
@@MO3MINI oh, ok
I think it can be reversed. Maybe through mirroring necessary parts i.e. just flip the flywheel, the ignition-magnet will still be in the same alignment, won't it?
Faltou lubrificação no comando de válvulas.
I like your idea making diy engine its very cool good work👍 I want to make like that someday
Very impressive and ingenious.👍👍
If not too many RPM its surprising just how long the cam and valves may last many old engines were only lubricated with an oil can.
The first racecar drivers had onboard mechanics riding shotgun, pumping the fuel pump handle and oiling the exposed valve train LoL 😂
Did anyone else notice that he assembled the cylinder head with the exhaust valves in the intake in the intake valve in the exhaust
I like your channel because you thought me so much about engine
wow this is a very good engineer!
1 rubber band, 1 potato chip bag, 1 stick of chewing gum, 2 hours. = airplane scooter gokart rocket. WITH CUP HOLDER. I LOVE THIS.

Ahh the glorious BF injection, with the exact same noise as the bloodring banger.
Very nice job, my friend, thank you, keep in touch
Brilliant, i love this channel.
Really well done 👍👍👍 but the missing lubrication of the valves, rockers, camshaft and the camshaft bearings in the head will become a problem very fast. You should add an oil pump, running of the timing chain. :)
Great job!
Parabéns cará, vc é 1000,tiro chapéu p VC.
Brilliant.. But, the cam need oil.
i'm making excuses while someone is making engines. nice!
Weon eres espectacular, lo qué haces es ingeniería pura. Excelente
On this one some kind of drip oiler for the cam and valves might be helpful other than that pure genius! Great vids and great builds. Keep it up
Amazing work! Add a oil pump to the head and I'd love to see it applied to a go kart or bike!
To the people who question the oiling capability, yes for the 163 time we get there isn’t great oiling. This is a model made from bits and pieces. Maybe enjoy the video.
The head has Absolutely NO oiling, the Honda style engine has oil running up galleries into the head then through the cam rocker shafts to lubricate the valve gear and camshaft bearings. He would need to make a sealing plate, and oil seal for the cam drive gear and fill the head with oil to a level that it covers the bearings.
The rocker shafts would still be poorly lubricated but cutting grooves in the shaft would help.
@@nexus7tablet610 I was thinking an oil drip lubricator as it seems other commenters were. Wouldn't be as good or as reliable as what you're suggesting, but you could probably find parts off broken down farm equipment and save a bit on machining. Just have to make sure the lubricator drips enough oil onto the moving parts.
@@lsswappedcessna There are kits available that tap into the rocker shaft bolt holes to allow an oil cooler to be fitted.
If you weld the original cam chain recess and fit a drain tube from it to a tank you could run an external oil pump tapped into the rocker plate, the oil from the original set up returns via the cam chain area to the sump, the pressure is not very high to the top end anyway.
The compressor bottom end is forced splash lubrication (a slinger on the rod/crank scoops oil as the crank turns) so should hold up ok at a constant low rpm. Which is fine for a stationary engine.
You would still need to seal the cam drive extension piece and externally lubricate the cam chain though, making the piece wider diameter so that the three bolts pass through it, that would allow the outside to be machined to accept a seal.
@@nexus7tablet610 That actually sounds like it would work. Could he replace the timing chain with a belt to avoid the need to lubricate it? I'm not a big timing belt person since the service interval is a lot shorter than a chain (I prefer chain or direct/gear driven timing, of course that mandates using an OHV system with the cam mounted low in the block), but for a cheap repurposed junk engine like this, a belt would work well for simplicity.
Bella modifica! Bravo!
I like that magneto ignition coil so great.. Even theres no stator coil awesome
(Next I dare you to make a v12 from a compressor)
You will need 12 compressors then
@@Casper5 No shit Sherlock...
The chain tensioner should always be on the back side of the chain the loaded or pull side of the chain should be straight.
Because it creates more load on the camshaft?
You're my hero... i love; thank you for share it your inventions... ( gretings from Peru I can't speak good the english sorry)
end of the world knowledge. awesome
E o comando de válvulas não tem lubrificação???
And the camshaft has no lubrication ???
