- In this lecture, you will learn and practice, Noun Clause, Adjective Clause, and Adverb Clause.
In order to punctuate sentences correctly and avoid fragments, we need to know the difference between phrases and clauses.
There are many different types of phrases and clauses. The first step to identifying the different types, though, is to understand the difference between a phrase and a clause.
A phrase is a related group of words. The words work together as a "unit," but they do not have a subject and a verb, while the clause contains a subject and a verb.
Importance of English grammar:
English grammar is one of the most important elements of your language study. Unfortunately, it can also be one of the most complex and difficult if you’re not familiar with the rules and don’t practice them.
Grammar refers to the rules and regulations that govern spoken and written language. Grammar is the code that makes language work. It is through proper grammar that we are able to communicate in a clear manner that people can understand.
Good grammar means writing or speaking in such a way that your choice of words is understandable and follows the basic rules of sentence construction, punctuation, and spelling. So learning English grammar is critically important before thinking of writing or speaking English.

The answer for Q26 should be Noun Clause. "Whatever is available" is the direct object of the verb "eat". Try to replace it with a pronoun like "it".

IN SENTENCE 26 EAT IS NOT A NOUN....... IT SHOULD BE NOUN CLAUSE AS IT IS ANSWERING QUESTION WHAT??
It may be adverb clause
Me got 28 out of 30. THNXSir ji for all concepts.
Sir,
It could not be apprehended as to why you have termed the sentence to be an adjective clause.
Your sentence was as below:
I will eat whatever is available.
Explanation: Eat what? The answer will any noun like a burger, pizza, etc. When it answers the interrogative word (what), the answer must be a noun clause.
Could you clarify, please.
Regards

I'm confused about 26.question.
Isn't it a noun clause?
same here
Hi! Sorry for the late response. It's an adjective clause. You might be seeing it as an object after verb (eat) and obviously, an object can be a noun. But here "Whatever is available" is explaining something about food which is to be eaten. Question is tricky....
I'm open for any discussion.....thanks
@@channelforqualityeducation2195 nice
