- Transformers Legacy Evolution presents Senator Shockwave and Data Clerk Orion Pax in this special 2-Pack called Humble Origins. So humble, in fact, they refused to believe anyone would order it and sent the Rise of Tyranny 2-Pack instead several times. Based on the IDW comic, these figures show these well-known bots before the great war. Captain Kyle reviews them to see if they are good for your collection.
Orion Pax is the name Optimus Prime bore before he became the leader of the Autobots. In this comic origin story, he was a simple data clerk before being selected to carry the Matrix. Shockwave, apparently, used to be a nice being who liked to cosplay in Ultra Magnus colors and had two eyes. This two-pack, which is based on the Siege style seekers and Siege Hound, is a great homage to the comic origins of these humble characters. Captain Kyle examines them to see if they are worth getting.

The small round black piece is not a spare tire, it's a drum mag you can stick on the side of his gun.
If they change the red and blue Hasbro could easily call Pax "Gears". Maybe a face change and some extra little differences like Shockwave from the other seekers. I like the magnus colours on him. Might have made a good buddy for Skyfire.

im definitely picking this up bc theres almost zero channce we're ever getting senator shockwave stuff again now that IDW is done with transformers
also can i just say how i *really* like how you handle the toys in these reviews? it feels more like how an actual person would play/handle them instead of the hyper careful movements a lot of reviewers do

Hasbro should have reached out to MMC and came up with a deal for them to do their IDW/comic line. Glad I got MMC Super Cop and Stormbringer. Kinda worried to see what Hasbro will do for Stormbringer.
