Apple Vision Pro Eyes Tracking Issue

Reason why I had to make a decision of returning Apple Vision Pro. I had no issues with eyes tracking at the beginning, it was a sudden change, which only continued getting worse day by day. In the video my eyes tracking is represented with a cursor, which shows how inaccurate tracking is. Despite recalibration and my other attempts to troubleshoot, nothing seemed to fix the issue.
