  • In this video we see Robert Stephenson and Hawthorn 0-4-0ST No. 7416 'Agecroft No. 1' operating passenger steam train rides at the National Railway Museum in York.
Agecroft No. 1 is usually based at the Museum of Science and Industry in Manchester and is on loan to the NRM in this video, pulling passengers up and down the demonstration line.
In this video we see the full length of the line from the viewpoint of the fireman using a GoPro Hero camera.
This video is idea for route learning on the short run and gives a clear view of the railway run. We also see some of the museum exhibits outside in the yard.
Enjoy this run and don't forget to like and subscribe to my channel.

A little more in one run, but overall not a whole lot different to what she is running on at MSI. However, not as long as Shildon which was much more of a stretch!

Per 'run' at Manchester you get two returns, at York the one return is roughly the same distance
