Hey guys and welcome back to Mad About Skin where in todays video we are taking a look at antioxidant serums and Q10 which I think is the best antioxidant when it comes to your anti ageing skincare routine.
Antioxidants make wonderful additions to your skincare routine as they protect the skin from free radical damage which can lead to premature ageing of the skin and hyperpigmentation. There are so many different antioxidants but for me Q10 is the best when it comes to ease of use, benefits you will see in the skin and the cost of Q10 serums.
In this video I want to share with you the benefits of a Q10 serum and my own Q10 before and after experience so you can work out whether one is right for your own skin care routine.

@@liviusss I'm currently using the MAS Antioxidant Cream and the Skin 1004 fermented centella toner. The combo keeps the itchiness and redness to a minimum for me.

I have used Q10 by the Inkey List but didn't see much results so I discontinued using it. But I noticed the Inkey lists other products weren't doing much for me either.I purchased your new antioxidant serum & can't wait to try it out. 🐰Happy Easter🐰I have been in team CoQ10! I switched my favorite usual CoQ10 skincare products to those of Idebenone- the biggest difference is absorbability- a couple of years ago and the results are mind-blowing! I definitely would like to have your take on Idebenone-- especially, Bonajour's Idebenone toner and Sidomool's Idebenone Ampoule.

The timeless coenzyme q10 is awesome. Thank you for the recommendation Rob. I'm inpatient and it does take a long time to arrive being the only drawback.

Yeah bang on with the coQ10 regards to it bringing about benefits that stick - I had coQ10 in hydrogel eye patches and wasn’t convinced. So I just thought I’ll use them up / whack them on every day while I take the dog out at “sparrows-fart o’clock”. Got to the end of the pack and the consistent use of it made a huge difference to under eye area. (Legit removal of a stubborn fine line). 🐰

I use Stratia Vitamin C which is formulated with Q10 and it has done wonders for my hyperpigmentation! I also take Ubiqunol internally everyday. It is the active form of CoQ10 and it has helped my heart and gives me energy!

I like Nivea with q10 giant lotion bottle for body use.
I don’t think they’re cruelty free, but I have been so impressed with Eucerin’s Q10 cream (the one without retinol). It’s like $11 but feels super luxe. It feels rich, but not so much that I can’t use it on my combo skin. I’m discovering that I’m allergic to some extremely common skincare ingredients, so my options are so limited. I was so excited that this cream doesn’t have any of those ingredients! 💜🫶🏻
Yeah the Eucerin Q10 is a nice cheap cream, however not sold in the UK unfortunately 🥲

I love Timeless Q10 but can’t find it here in the U.K so use TO Matrixyl instead.

Please share your take on supplemental Q10? Would taking it enhance the affect of the topical form?
I like supplements but I always say to people check with your Dr first to make sure it doesnt interact with anything else your taking.. love x

Well all the studies say it does so there is no reason to believe it wont but for me I use retinal and vitamin for that so I keep to q10 for the antioxidant and for the hydration.. love x
Rob, I have been using numbuzin 5 and timeless Q10. One of these serums are causing my hands to turn orange like I have used self tanner. Any idea which product it could be??
The co Q-10 in purest form is orange.its also taken as a supplement great 4 ❤.
