I enjoy the channel, Andrew! I'd have to admit I cannot use the words "duck" and "tasty" in the same sentence. I've had duck about 3 times in my life and it was revolting each time, haha. Granted, this was just a roasted duck breast when I had it, but...🤢🥴🤮.
When I was a kid, my mom would make a dessert with chocolate wafer cookies (no cream), and whipped cream. She would put a bit of whipped cream between each cookie and lay them on their side so that it formed a log. Once the wafers and cream were all done, she would "ice" the log with more whipped cream and then refrigerate it. On top of it chilling the dessert, more importantly it would soften the wafers a bit. It is *SOOOOOOOO* good. I hadn't thought of that dessert for many, many years. Thanks for the reminder!
