    Awesome tips, definitely love the take aways, stay consistent cause at times we can get discouraged if things are not happening as quickly, and don’t compare your journey to someone else’s which we all can be guilty of. Very informative!

    Only thing I would say is that certain exercises have rep ranges that suit them a little more. 6-8 is a great middle ground for many but not all.
