    Very well said Jair! Loved your explanation of the cut and then the reverse diet! Keep me posted on your reverse and progress! Being able to get lean and still maintain that social aspect / free meals. You did so well.

    Re being shredded (a body fat of under 8% for men) - It’s pretty much impossible, unless have amazing genetic or are abusing PED drugs, to *maintain* a very low body fat for extended periods. It leads to people experiencing disturbed sleep, daytime fatigue, and loss of libido as the body tries to resist. It’s very possible to get shredded (absolutely no doubt, loads of people have demonstrated this on CZcams) but maintaining it isn’t great. A body fat for men of 10-15% longer term seems to be ideal for most.

    Hey man did you do the cardio at a separate time from the lifting (like later that night) or during the same session? If in the same session did you do it before or after lifting?

      I did cardio during the same session, right after lifting. You can do it later that day and separate the two, but I found it easier to do it in the same session

    How did you deal with sweets? I’m a big coffee late person and it’s my only source of daily sugar and struggle not having it haha

      There were some days during the cut where I was really craving sugar. If you’re talking about latte’s you can always replace the syrup with stevia. That’s what I usually do 👍🏼👍🏼

    Did you lose chest development during a cut? You got very lean and your legs are crazy but im on a cut now and im scared that I might lose some muscle strength and size...

      I did, a little bit (in size.) I did develop a stronger chest during my cut though. I used to neglect that muscle group so now im trying to make up for it. What I noticed is that my chest is more visible now with less body fat.

    Too much body fat isn't good for your health, but neither is too little. Give us an update in a few months and tell us how you feel/show us how you look.
