- In this video i discuss what I think are the advantages of having a “Customer Agreement” and whether or not to reunite with a customer that has dropped you or you have dropped. Also a look at a sod job and clean up from a plumbers fiasco.

Glad to hear the service agreements are working for you.
It depends on the customer as to whether I take them back or not. If it was a good customer, yes. If it was a bad customer, NEVER.
Agreed, fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me
Great video
Thanks Bud
I would love to see a pdf of that customer agreement. -D&D Landscaping and More

The service agreements sounds like a great thing for you. As far as taking a customer back. The only way I would take one back
First and foremost they would have to have been an awesome customer
2 I enjoyed mowing their yard
3. And they dropped me for a legitimate reason. And that could be a number of things that could be legitimate in my mind.
😂
Agreed, like i said in the video, im not going back through something I prayed to get out of
I have terms in every quote.
99% of the time i won't take a client back if i was dropped for a lower price.
Best decision i ever made
Who do you use for sod? I'm not really in your market but I'm close enough that your source could work for me
To touch on your topics, I have tried to do all of my work, both installation and maintenance, with contacts only. Last year was an exception, being new to this market and coming into the area after the season had already begun.
Second, it would depend upon the situation. The only time I've taken back clients that I chose to drop was if i stopped servicing an area and then went back into the area. The area I left had so many lawn care providers that if a client left over price and they received crappy service from a new provider, they could easily just move onto the next one. I think that will be different here as there aren't as many providers
The only place i could get it was Site One but they were almost 1/2 the price if lowes
@@pandhlawncare good to know. I was hoping there was a sod farm near you.
@@Hillsidelanscapemanagement closest one is 2hrs in North Carolina what i used came out of middle TN
@@pandhlawncare thanks
You keep calling it a contract, it's not a contract. This is your work agreement telling the client what they can expect from you, and what you can expect from your client. It's a work agreement.
You are correct i kept calling it a contract just because it is easier to say. But i clarified a few times that it was a “Customer Agreement” and thats what is titled on what the customer receives.
