In an alternate world, we could've had Tom Selleck as Indiana Jones instead. I think Harrison's backstory is a great inspiration for those of us who are still trying to figure out our paths in life. Thank you Harrison for all the joy and entertainment you've given us!
Yeah in a way (since he was in his 30s before he hit it big), but it also reinforces the old adages of "right place right time" and "It's not what you know, it's who you know." If Harrison hadn't been building that portico entrance to Francis Ford Coppola's office, and if Francis hadn't been friends with George, and George hadn't been friends with Steven... entertainment history would have been very different.

Harrison, as he says, may not have been a "good student" in the traditional view of academics. But he began his acting career here and obviously has excelled to the top of that profession. So perhaps he learned something. He will always be welcome home to his alma mater. He will always be welcome at Ripon College.
I remember when I watched Raiders for the first time. Damn, this guy is completely cool, brushing of spiders, using his whip to get across heights, and just casually fooling traps to get golden idols, and then that platform sank and suddenly he wasn't as calm anymore. That reverse effect on his character is maybe the best turn in cinema.The hero becomes vulnerable and hunted and it continued for another four movies. Thanks for the ride!
I love Harrison Ford. He proved himself a legend of exploration and determination to seek out judicial correction and victory.
Ford brought a humanity, a humor and a thoughtfulness to the character that not just anyone could have. He has inspired so many people in and out of the film industry - it was him and the character that inspired me to be an archaeologist and travel the world. It's true - he's simply irreplaceable in the role.
He may be done with the role, but Harrison Ford will always be remembered as Indiana Jones he was I think born to play that role and that was the first rule I ever saw him as even in other movies. When I saw him before I knew is real name I’m like oh there’s Indiana Jones.
Even the soundtrack has become Harrison Ford GOAT! Irreplaceable and LEGEND

I love this franchise since I was a kid . I really like the Dial of Destiny ( James Mangold did a good job with the last adventure of this character in my opinion 🤠🤠🤠 ) .

I´m very impressed of the picture-quality of those making-of-scenes, so I think we will see a lot of new material from the Lucasfilm-archive. Would be great if this also would be on the 4K-UHD-edition of DIAL ! At last, this man gets the recognition he deserves, as one of the greatest american movie stars of all time...thanks Mr. Harrison Ford.

The Todd-AO scoring stage (1970 - 2007) was a large stage for orchestral recordings on the CBS lot.
Lion King, Titanic, Prince of Egypt, Crimson Tide, Mulan, Apollo 13, Pocahontas, Armageddon, Shrek, Pirates: Curse of the Black Pearl, Elf, King Kong 2005 and the TV-series Lost where all recorded there.
Harrison Ford built many parts of it and did all of the custom carpentry needed for the sound stage.
Harrison Ford is the greatest actor and my favorite actor and he will always be Indiana Jones and the first action character I saw on the big screen

@@rinraiden during the 90’s George Lucas decided to make a TV movie series about Indiana Jones when he was young. River Phoenix was asked to reprise the roll but he refused. Instead 2 different actors played young Indy, Corey Carrier played as Indy under the age of 10 while Sean Patrick Flannery played as Indy in his teens and early twenties.

It’s crazy to think a decade ago that Harrison Ford was the grumpy guy who hated doing interviews and hated talking about Han Solo because he was a global superstar.
Now in 2023, not only did he return to play Han Solo twice, but he also returned to play the iconic Indiana Jones , AND he’s going to be Thunderbolt Ross in the MCU. On top of all of this awesomeness, we now get a documentary and retrospective look at his rise to superstardom.
I think this is great and can’t wait to watch!

Megalo Station went through and saw all of Indiana Henry Jones Jr.'s adventures; Shindus was born that time, Amanda Pryzalthir (Scarlett Johansson) was a teen that time, including Zephery Beinloden (Chris Williams) and China Mei Lo Tapestry (Li Bingbing).

The Indiana Jones theme by the fights and chases version will play in Time Shift as Casey Jr. and Putt-Putt battle Slovene, Islandin and Ghost Train through those countries. Katelyn the Portuguese Jungle Cutter will close in on them in so doing.
The Temple of Doom is on the other end of the world of The Jungle Book. The excavation area is near Anubis's tomb. The entrance to the Holy Grail is not far from Agrabah.

Indiana Jones retired after one final adventure; that was Dial of Destiny. After that, How The Grinch Stole Christmas released, Walt Disney died and The Jungle Book, The Happiest Millionaire and The Reluctant Astronaut premiered along with the debut of the Groovy Formal Collection and the birth of Jamie Foxx as well as the Battle at Sea, the Hot Wheels cars, the Space Race which changed our world, and the births of Red Robin and Scooby-Doo.
Unfortunately fifth movie does no justice for ford's final outing as indy... broke my heart as a fan

The prologue of Last Crusade came first, then Temple of Doom, then Raiders of the Lost Ark, then the Nazi train battle, then the rest of Last Crusade, then Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and lastly the rest of Dial of Destiny.
They brought Harrison Ford back for Dial of Destiny. They just forgot to bring Indiana Jones back too.

When Casey Jr. and Putt-Putt rocket through India, they will fix the sliced bridge. Before that, the kids will see the Temple of Doom before the Man Village, and the deceased Kaa before escaping the country for America.
You cant replace Harrison, its simply not possible.
