1 pc. Pato (Duck) cooked with some carrots and potatoes, tomato paste, peppers and more..
We have 4 Ducks (Pato's) - we will be cooking Kaldereta, Dinuguan, Adobo and Lechong Pato in Banana leaves. Please stay tune to this Channel, will be posted all soon.
Ingredients for this very simple recipe
Duck meat - 1 whole meat fresh
tomato paste - 1 pc. (small)
ground black pepper - 4-5 sachets / 1/2 tbsp. or more
water - 1/2 liter or more
potato - 4-5 pcs. (cut according to preference)
carrots - 3-4 pcs. (cut according to preference)
bay leaves - 4-5 pcs.
green chili or bell peppers - any amount
salt - 2-3 tbsp (as per desired taste)
