- Dinuguang laman loob ng pato or manok is always our favorite. And im happy to share with you this recipe. It's just similar on how to cook pork dinuguan and of course both are very good taste! Try it!
Ingredients
duck innards, head, neck, some skins (chopped)
onions (1 pc.)
garlic (3-4 cloves)
ginger (1 thumb)
ground black pepper (1/2 tsp.)
salt (1 - 1/2 tbsp.)
water (1 glass)
duck blood with vinegar
cornstarch (2 tbsp.)
green chili (3-5 pcs.)
cooking oil (1-2 tbsp.)
