  • Pinataro is like Bilo-Bilo in tagalog. We have 2 styles of cooking bilo-bilo. Using Glutinous flour or plain flour like we did here.
    ingredients
    flour - 2-3 kg,
    coconut milk - 4-5 pcs coconut
    brown sugar - 2 kg.
    salt - 1 tbsp.
    vanilla essence - 1 tbsp.
    pandan leaves - 2-3 pcs.
    tapioca or sagu - 1-2 cups
    banana (saba) - 3-5 pcs.
