I'd say it's even higher than 75% of the purchase decision is emotional at first, but then you need the logic and rational arguments to back it up so they can justify the purchase to themselves (..and others).

I would argue on the authentic part. I mean come on brother coca-cola mastered guerrilla marketing when almost every restaurant worker or goer would consume it. And also I would argue with the creativity aspect whether something is or isn’t original is relative.
This video seems padded with generalities. It would have been more useful (for me at least) if the presenter just got to the point, gave some definitions, and followed up with examples.
