Personally I think crimps are the “best” way to cheat but learning new stuff never hurts! ❤️ Also could you do a trick that uses a blank deck? Maybe like an ACAAN with a forced card. Thanks.

This is great! You can also use your phone as a shiner. The screen, when turned off, is reflective enough that you can easily use it as a shiner with the phone just sitting out in plain sight! It's a brilliant principle!

Is there a way to use a shiner while standing up performing on the streets?
a more brazen way of doing this without a shiner is to turn the deck over, look at the bottom card and use it as a key to finding the chosen card. :)

I don’t see the reflective material on the link any longer. Would anyone have an alternative? I have been looking for exactly this type of material for another gimmick I want to build
An impromptu version w/o the shiner is to use the reflection of your phone. But If I had a shiner I'd trace out a coin and have it palmed to see the bottom card.
A great idea for a shiner is the screen of your cell phone. It can sit face up on the table and the reflection will allow you to peek the card. No one would suspect anything because everyone has a cell phone nowadays
