Buckin, as a young man who works at a tree company while he's finding his way in life, I appreciate your willingness to share your wisdom. This can be a business where the bottom line means a lot, so there is not much time to slow down and teach the young buck. Your peace and kindheartedness has helped beyond just finding my way as I work in the industry, but also as I find my way as a young man. I know you get a ton of comments, but if you read mine, I want you to hear the "thank you" from the bottom of my heart.

I don't have a tree service or fire wood service really but I dabble a bit with felling trees did a dead hickory today for a coworker's father 20" stump fell, bucked and split and I only allowed him to make a 40$ donation only reason I did take that donation was because he was getting emotional over me working free so it made him feel better. So yes I have learned from this channel and this man (buckin billy) on how to properly judge and fall trees like today's hollow hickory. Thank for taking the time to explain steps to us and give very valuable pointer and tips. Stay happy stay around be kind and help others . love to all friends and buckin army

This video illustrates the best part of your talent Buckin. You don't lay down the law and say this is the best way to do this or that. You don't say the buck in way is the only way.
This is a great sign of the person who knows their job and is a great teacher!!! I love the way you give tips and tricks and let the knowledge filter through. Deadly work!!!

There's another guy i watch (lets dig 18). He removes trees with his large Volvo excavator. He clears trees from sections for developers and he takes them out whole. A scoop either side of the tree and one in front, then pushes the tree over. He then lifts it and drops it shaking the dirt off the roots. Its always a pleasure watching your videos Billy. Ive learned more about felling trees than I need to know. LOL.

Almost got smoked by a 32'' white pine a couple weeks ago. A multi headed behemoth. Tied it to the winch and pulled against the lean. Had 3 wedges in and I couldnt move em so had my partner start winching. I waited then started ticklin the hinge. All of a sudden it snapped and fell backwards on me. The winch basically pulled the stump forward. Ive been cutting for 15+ years. Life kinda flashed before me as the thing suspended in the air above me. All I could think of were my kids... But im still here to talk about it. When you get over confident shit happens.

There are tree men/women and then there are real tree men/women My wife says I talk too much then I showed her a few Buckin movies yes movies because thats what they are
she then said Mr Smith out does me ???????? But and a very very big BUT at that I have learnet so much from this fella ... I am not a true tree man but I love me saws and I love me trees
I am now retierd but cut grass and hedges etc for pocket money I have been asked on several occasions to do some tree felling and due to these vids I have taken them on. what this
man has taught me is to ,stop, think, and go with whats right making sure you care about the customers land trees etc by following his advice and taking note of his skill I have now been
complemented on the work I have done How good is that from a chap that worked in food all his life !!!! So Mr Smith you just keep talking for those that listen there is a mountain to learn
for those that think they know better well just take care because these trees can bite back and when they do things can break including the human body !!! I think what I have seen today
is probably the best tree felling excersise I have ever seen very quick very smooth very safe and to cap it all right on the dollar "WELL DONE AS ALWAYS" Stay Safe Stay Healthy from
all tree lovers over the pond in the U.K. and a happy new year to all out friend over there LETS GO CUTTING " ONLY MANAGED CUTTING LETS NOT FORGET " Trees are the life of the planet
but we do need to manage them do we not ???
