Wow, this place is awesome. Can't afford it yet, but if nothing else you've given me some fantastic ideas for my retirement home. All that for only 550k? Seems fairly inexpensive. Anyone know how this compares to similar properties in price?
It's actually priced very well. I have a fairly recent appraisal that is in line with the asking price and extras.
you probably dont care but if you're stoned like me during the covid times you can stream all of the new series on Instaflixxer. Been binge watching with my brother during the lockdown xD

A very wise friend of mine warned me not to move into my house till I was completely done with it. Only thing I had left was 3 window sills. 18 years later and still not done. looks like you needed the same advise.

The county I live in would be absolutely pissed if they found living quarters built into my hangar. They don't like any thing but the most spartan and minimal lounge area. It's not going to hurt anything !

Did you have an Architect/ Designer?
No, I was the designer and most everything in the construction, apart from the metal building kit, was over engineered in order to last a very long time.
