I finally took time to watch this.
Honest rating would be 10/10.Of course I'm no expert, but this apartment ticks all the boxes,for me.
The interior design is top notch. The fact that there's a feature wall in all the bedrooms, which are all ensuite, just makes it stand out. The lighting fixtures, the sanitary wares,all beautiful and functional. The entryway also is beautiful, gives you an idea of what to expect. And that's why staging is so important.
This one has been staged incredibly well.They did an amazing job with beautiful contemporary pieces and you can tell,the person who did it,is passionate about their job.
Because of that,and with your skills,this apartment will sell really fast.

And that 4th bedroom is an incredible flex room,I'd turn into a study/library but for families with younger children, it could be turned into a baby's nursery due to it's close proximity to the Master suite.The possibilities are endless!

Lakini it is too near a busy road and it lacks natural lighting while other constructions are just too near -3/10.
The location has acess to mall and town centre the apartment is ten out of ten no complaint sir👍

This house is nice but it’s like a track home vs custom. Not enough light. This would be a fun remodel. I like to make nice homes and old homes look outstanding. That furniture by the big glass window is a no no.
