*I like the design of the **Bestt.Digital** translator , and charging case. It is little bit heavy. The application is easy to use, but there are things to be improved. For example, I knew the earbud are connected to the phone, but I didn’t know I need to reconfirm it again, so I would be able to use “Speaker mode” . I took sometime to find it though.*

I used mine on when I visted Germany about 6 months ago. Worked great and translated super fast. Got em for a good price too
It'd be interesting to compare the translation quality of this to something like Google Translate, which can be quite dodgy at times
It's slowly getting better but yeah... GTranslate can be hilariously dodgy at key moments!
I always dreamt of being able to translate languages right in my head, can't believe that my dream indeed can come true:) The future is so close...

Sad part about it is, once there is universal translators for everyone, there is no more purpose of learning new languages as a hobby

-je vois que le M2 peu traduire hors connexion, est ce le réseau internet du smartphone ou est ce le réseau bluetooth, ce qui voudrais dire qu'il n'y as pas besoin de son smartphone a cote? lequel du WT2 et du M2 tu me conseillerais?
-est ce que le soft comprend dans les accent (dialecte) japonais, l’Osaka ben?
-est ce la durée en mode traduction en temps réel (pas enregistrement) peu tenir une bonne journée?
-comment se comporte le bousin dans un environnement un peu bruyant?

Big Bong, thanks for video. The company says about 95% accuracy in translation. How about that? For ex, they use google translation among other engines. It gives awful translation from Turkish. I don't undestand do they use all their engines at the same time or how the system chooses the engine to translate?

This seems a like a really useful tool! However, this doesn't completely erase the need to learn foreign languages:
1. Humans are able to resolve ambiguities and mistakes in speech that AI currently cannot, so these systems can create confusion and/or miscommunication.
2. It is quite inefficient to have a conversation this way as it effectively takes twice as long - one must say an entire phrase in their own language, then wait for the software to say the phrase in the foreign language.
3. Certain things are very difficult (maybe impossible sometimes) to translate accurately, especially slang, expressions, and cultural quirks.
So, worry not polyglots; foreign language skills aren't going to become obsolete anytime soon!

I learned more about how to use the product from watching this than the rubbish tutorial provided by timekettle themselves. I was hugely disappointed with the lack of instructions in written form and the awful tutorial link via a web address or QR code in their manual.

The Earbuds don't translate, it's the app on the phone. earbuds are just earbuds with bluetooth and noise cancellation. They could just offer the app and use your own bluetooth headset or earbuds and sell app dead cheap. overpriced product...

So you basically need the app to understand what they are saying around you? If I have to listen a conversation I want to hear the translation straight from the earbud without the hassle to need the phone and read.... What a disappointment😞

So far this has been working excellent. I've tried it with him and also with someone speaking Spanish. The app works well too and provides nice interaction between the two speakers. No regrets on this purchase!
