To stop the TIKTOK-19 virus we have to leave bad reviews on the app store/Google play store and they will remove it.
Along with the vaping related apps that allow purchases of vape products, an assortment of ohm's law calculators were also banned. There are important non-vape related uses for these calculators, but the most common usage is among advanced vapers, that use them to build coils that target a specific ohms rating, so they don't end up blowing themselves up.
This practice by Apple is no different than banning regular common calculator apps, because they could be used for a purpose that Apple doesn't agree with.

Some months ago the Google Play Store took down ES File Explorer. It had been taken over by ES Global and they ruined it. It was performing something in the background that was unethical and/or illegal.
Other removed apps include App Cloner (you can side load it) and Apk Editor.

Speaking of radiation being ubiquitous, when researching electromagnetic radiation detectors, there is quite a bit of scary stuff. But it's everywhere. It was pointed out in a ghost hunting "reality" show that someone was saying that the electromagnetic field was higher in a certain area. That was probably because he was holding the device in the same hand as he wore a kind of watch that gave off EMFs.
I had an Amazon Tablet that wouldn't allow you to install the GPlay store App and it's own store was crap with apps that looked homebrew. It was unrootable as well. Shouldn't have expected much for a $45 tablet anyway.

All "Cheetah Mobile" apps were removed from the play store, some even had a billion downloads.
I want to point out that it is NOT impossible to sideload an appstore on your iPhone unless you Jailbreak. There have been several 3rd party app stores like TutuApp, Ignition, and more that work using profiles. Simply install the profile and the app and it can install 3rd party apps on your phone.
Many do require weekly re inject though

Misinformation there are many AppStore’s you can sideload on iOS without a jailbreak such as Tutu app or Tweakbox, this uses a signing system that imitates being a developer. Just pointing that out.

Nothing is truly banned on android. You can always download apps from the internet(they are just APK files).

The Fortnight Thing Actually it had little to do with Googles Cut but to get it on the Apple App Store Apple wanted it as an Exclusive so in return for Apple lowering it's cut of the profits the Fortnight team signed a contract that stopped them from releasing it on Google Play (but not Samsung Galaxy Store and similar!) for a period of time normally 12 to 48 months from a certain date!

ThioJoe, you forgot the old classic, Flappy Bird. This game has had many fake copies, after it's ban, then it got taken back off.
There's also ES File Explorer, which is well-known file explorer app on android, but it removed from Google Play Store due to app may have viruses. But it's not clearly confirmed that the app have virus or not for me.
I was happy at first.

so, i recently found a fun rhythm game on the nintendo eshop called radiohammer and i have it on my 2ds and it was released for android and ios as well under the name radiohammer station (it's actually available on a wide variety of platforms) but when i went to get the android version because why not, it wasn't on the play store (my brother tried as well on his android phone but still wasn't there) so we tried to download an apk file of it off a variety of other websites that had radiohammer station available for download but then when we opened the app it wouldn't let us play which is a shame because radiohammer is such a good game :(
but i'm guessing that it was probably taken off the play store because of the fact that the notes when you play as the first dj (july ann) are perverts according to the story mode (like the game is fun but i understand why it would probably have been removed-)

I love this CZcams channel; it provides some great information that many times I was unaware of.
But I'm afraid, at least in regards to this list, I really must disagree with ThioJoe, as far as Android apps go. There are several apps out there that Google actually fears far more than those listed. Here's a few APKs that immediately come to mind in no particular order, EXCEPT for the first one listed. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that Google hates this app more than any other.

It was removed from the App Store because it utilized ITunes file sharing. Chaoji li developed the app to use for MS-DOS Emulation. Read more at Wikipedia. The whole story is pretty fascinating if you ask me.

Wow I didn't know Amazon at one point had an app that's pretty cool. What isn't cool is that they wanted it to be on Google's phones instead of creating a phone on their own and put it on their own phone much like what Google does with their androids and like Apple does with their iPhones.

I sideload everything on my android phone - I don't even have a google account on it. Use a PC to go to the play store website, find the app you want then use an APK download service to get it, then sideload to the phone via USB. Perfect solution if you don't want google apps running on your phone
