Hey Aaron, My 93 year old mother has had leg cramps for years and she carries mustard with her everywhere. It gives her relief from her leg cramps. On a side note this is (Drew Coombes the Stevest winner) father Dale. Enjoy the videos. Keep suffering

In the past I was into the Spartan Runs and my legs cramped like crazy. Started seeing mustard packets everywhere while running asked a guy what was up with them. He told me that mustard relieved muscle cramps. Started taking them before and during and not one single cramp since. Don't know how it works and don't care. Lol
Thanks for the video thinking getting into the gravel bike thing.
    Take care

A medium potato has 620 mg of potassium, a banana has 420, a packet of mustard has 7! You do the math, pretty sure if potassium is your problem or your cure you’re not getting it from mustard !

It’s the potassium in mustard. Ultra concentrated and not a placebo. More bananas to start the day or less sodium
