jjmalcampo she was hit and miss on bars. 2011 nats as well she didnt throw the bar back hard enough or open her hips enough on her shap, barely hung on, and had to take an extra swing. Great power on floor, beautiful vaulter, beam is aggressive and confident, but Marta was never going to selct her for her bars
No she wouldn't. I love Mckayla on floor and vault, but her bars were too inconsistent and her beam SV was too low compared to Aly, Jordyn, and Gabby. She would've been used on floor had she not been injured at the Olympics however.
She can only do vault, nothing else. She can beat even any man on vault bcs of her power to jump. But bars, floor and beam nah... she is the last one... she can’t do them at all... sorry fans!
Andrew yup I saw it. She has beautiful 3.5 twist like she does on vault. But she is not elegant, she can’t really dance. She is closed like a tree. That’s why she can only do her triple twist.

Actually, that's not how it works. They have to qualify themselves for spots in the event final and team final. She would never have done bars anyway.
