    I've looked at several shoulder workout videos today, and this is by far the best. Exercises described really clearly, and no silly gimmicks. Looks like I've got a few more routines to catch up on now. Thanks, Steve.

    what i love is that this is basically his big man on campus program. he didn't just design it with a bunch of bs exercises but actually exercises he does himself!!!

    Just got back from using this "schedule". The prison push ups killed me! Don't think I've had a more affective shoulder session.

    Just done this 3 hours ago. i cant barely drive my car. my partner also cant ride his ducati so both of us decide to just hang around at the gym, hitting on the chics while waiting for our shoulder pain relieve..

    Steve how do you help isolate your lateral head with lateral raises and remove as much trap involvement as possible. every time i do them i find my traps are burning a fair bit at the end of each set

    Steve do you have any alternatives for the windchill wiper when you haven't got a hammer crip on your pull up bar? Its too hard for my wrists to do them with a normal grip..

    Do you have any substitute workouts that work the same muscle groups for the ones you do on the machines? I prefer to use free weights...but maybe I SHOULD be learning how to use the machines.

    how far up do you go till on the prison pushups? do you go to 10 and then back down like 9,8,7,6... or just to 10 and stop.

    Prison pushups harder then they look-got 7. Do you find the angle of your head ie look down or up or straight affect your trap development with shrugs?

    the proper way to do traps is to squeeze the scapulas together then lift vertically. BB doesn't allow you to do that...stick with DBs
